Very nice and quick to respond. However, did NOT fix the problem of poor water pressure in the master bath shower. Also, installed a new shower head and did not use plumbers tape. Fortunately we had some on hand and did it ourselves. Water pressure was better in this shower and is still better in the 2 other showers.

Very nice and quick to respond. HOWEVER did Not fix the problem. Poor water pressure in one shower (Master bath). Also when he installed a new shower head did not use plumbers tape. Fortunately we had some.
