Kevin was very responsive to my inquiry and we met the following day during which he made and assessment of both our roof, deck and repair of a water damaged ceiling. Kevin clearly described the work necessary and provided me with carefully explained options. The estimate he provided was very reasonable. Kevin's crew arrived as promised and performed exceptional work. We will be doing more work in the future and Kevin will be our first call. Highly recommend.

My experience with Kevin Mulholland and his crew was Excellent! Kevin took the time to come in person to inspect my roof and give me an estimate. He did not just do a drive by and email some ridiculous quote.( like some others did) He was patient with my questions and informative with his answers. His crew worked diligently,focused, carefully and persist from set up to clean up. They exceeded my expectations greatly! My roof looks brand new! Thank you Kevin!

I wish there were more contractors out there like Kevin and his crew. It is difficult to find contractors that love their craft, treat customers with professionalism/respect while charging a fair price without the hassle of dealing with a missquote that ends up costing way more. My neighbor referred me to Kevin after speaking so highly of him and his company. I reached out to get a quote on replacing my roof because I had been told by two other roofers that I would need to replace it. Most of the roofers that provided a quote were quick to say that I needed to replace it. However, Kevin leveled with me and told me that he would recommend reconditining the roof by power washing, fixing or replacing damaged shingles, repairing damaged siding and upgrading gutters. His proposal was obviously reasonable compared to having to replace the roof right away. Kevin was not pushy and still offered the choice to replace the roof but gave me his professional opinion. All in all, I saved tons of money from not having to replace our roof right away. Now our roof looks great and like new. Kevin and his crew arrived on time and they finished the work quickly. I even received text updates with pictures of the progress of work being done. Nice touch! All in all, I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire Kevin Mullohand LLC. I will be hiring him again for the next job and do not hesitate referring him.

He damaged the front of my house, the brand new screen door doesn't close now and he dented the aluminum siding going around the door.

Kevin's crew did a great job. His men are always courteous and hard working. Kevin is extremely fair and will always work with the customer.

It came out like it was brand new. Prior owners didn't do it for over 11 years! He uses a chemical free, earth friendly soap, so nothing is harmed. So happy all the way around with Kevin. (Who answers the phone AND returns calls in a very timely manner anymore? Hardly anyone, but Kevin is extremely responsive)! Now, thanks to him, spending time outside will be wonderful. Give him a call, you won't be disappointed!

All went well. The insert looks good (It was slightly crooked when originally installed by another contractor), and the piece of siding was straightened, and a tear repaired before putting it back, saving on the purchase of replacement siding.

Let me start by saying this is the third repair/remodel that Kevin has done for me. He and his crew arrive exactly at the time stated. They clean up every evening before leaving. The price point Kevin gave me as an estimate was fair and easy to accept. The workmanship was excellent- from tile installation to painting. Molding niters were 45 degrees and met almost seamlessly. And best of all Kevin is easy to talk to and understanding. Would I use him again. You bet!!

I needed handrails put on porch stairs in a bit of a rush situation. Kevin and crew were able to come out and complete the job the next day. They were very professional and more importantly took the time for a job well done. The finished product was safe, sturdy and looks great. When they were finished, they took the time to properly clean up area. Thank you for responding so quickly!!

It went very well. The job required to be done in a short period of time and they did it within the time period needed.

Kevin showed on time and fixed the hole for both outside inside of my house pretty quickly.

Very professional and excellent job

All the projects Kevin has done for me have turned out amazing. HIs professionalism, and work quality speak for themselves. He always openly communicates when he will be onsite for work and is extremely dependable. Kevin's quotes are fair and reasonable and if he runs across something that needs to be addressed he immediately will notify the home owner to get approvals to add to the Scope of Work or not. He Is a rare breed in today's world. As a single home owner, he offered me free guidance, worked with me on pricing and allowed all the work that needed to be done, get done at a reasonable pace. Kevin is diligent in his work and work product, but more importantly is honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him for any job big or small. He has done both for me, and the results are always fantastic. WE need more kind, hard working contractors like Kevin out there, who care and take pride in their work and not just out to make money!

They have worked on several different houses in different towns. Never had an issue. They show up on time and stay until the job is completed. Highly recommend
