If you want to feel stupid, like you suffered a memory loss, and about 4 inches tall then you've got the right resource. From the first day everything was yes, yes, yes when it was convenient, no, no, no when it wasn't. Putting that aside the quality was subpar on everything from the late cabinet delivery, the install [there was always an excuse for no carpenter on site] to the granite ["you hurried us"]. Once the high expectations disappeared we were left with horrible service and an incomplete project we've had to contract elsewhere to complete.

This company was recommended to me by a contractor. We are renovating our kitchen and wanted a good solid countertop. We visited the store and spoke to Sandy, who couldn't have been nice and more knowledgeable. She made recommendations that we didn't think of and really helped with the process. We were able to go and pick out the marble that was to be used. A few days after, we received a call from Simon and he scheduled the measurement. He showed up exactly on time and completed the measurement. He was very personable and knowledgeable and as it turned out, very accurate too. We asked when the installation would take place and he told me that it would be two days (Friday) from then. On Friday, he called to tell us that he was delayed coming from another job because of traffic. I thought that he would have just cancelled and rescheduled, but knowing we were going on vacation in a day, he was able to get his crew to our house at around 7:30pm (on a Friday!!) and completed the installation in less than an hour. The granite counter top is perfect and the measurements were also perfect. Simon was able to provide us a sink basin at no additional cost and actually pre-installed the faucet, making the plumbers job that much easier. I am thoroughly delighted with this company and was very happy to see that when they give their word, they live up to it. Highly recommended

Very professional and helpful in the selection process. Ann Marie and Simon were a pleasure to work with. Installation was done promptly, on schedule. The finished countertops look fantastic. *They also disconnect old plumbing and install the new sink for you, many places do not. This is very helpful if you are not a "handy" person. The cost was a bit more than several other places, but well worth it, in my opinion.

THIS COMPANY BEAT ALL OTHERS WHEN IT CAME TO PRICE. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP. OTHER PLACES TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A 2-3 WEEK TURN AROUND TIME, BUT THIS GUY HAD IT READY IN 3 DAYS. THEY WERE ALSO VERY NEAT, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. I MET HIM AT HIS SHOW ROOM DURING OFF HOURS TO LOOK AT THE DIFFERENT COUNTERTOP SELECTION.
