I had advanced come in to snake out my main sewer line one month later it clogged again and I called them back. Jim the tech did a great job getting the clog opened. The second time advanced came back they used a camera to see why this happened again so soon to find where my line met the main sewer line the pipes did not line up the way they should have. They were very fair on the bill that was given to me the first time. The second time they never charged me to snake the line only the charge was for the camera. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreWant to get robbed? Hire these crooks. They tell you one price over the phone and more than double it in person. The guy actually worked for about 30 seconds to fix the issue. Mainly because I pulled the toilet out before he came. He snaked a stack that he kept calling the main line for seconds and then had the nerve to charge us 250$! We were quoted 100$ on the phone, then he said it would be 140$ just to diagnose the problem. Funny thing is we already knew what the problem was, and we pinpointed which stack it was. We already had the wall cut and toilet removed. All the hard work was done. The main line was fine as 3 sinks and another toilet were running fine and nothing was backed up in my basement, but this know it all insisted he was snaking the main line. Hire these crooks at your own risk.

+ -1 moreHad to break the access cap in order to get in as it was rusted in place. The auger was pretty messy and splashed around the sewer muck on floor and on bare framing for a wall. I should of put up a cloth to protect everything, but didn't think of it. He did take considerable time to clean up the muck on the concrete floor, though went through a roll of paper towels. I ended up renting a steam cleaner and going over it several times and even painting the floor to tidy it all up.
Description of Work: Did a video of drain and found roots and what appears to be rocks bulging into sewer line. Did the usual auger to cut the roots. Gave us the video tape of the line.

+ -1 moreThis company was just really god to me. They were honest, reliable, and dependable. They are good at diagnostic work and they do not do more than you actually need them to do. My experience with them was really positive, so I would absolutely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: When I moved into my old house, I discovered that there was a problem with the very old oil burner the house had. It just wasn't working. I contacted them and they came out. They serviced the unit and got it functional for me.
