OUTSTANDING! Workmen and supervisor were professional and knowledgeable. Work was done quickly and and all debris was cleaned up and removed. Arrived a few minutes before scheduled appointment time. While workmen were repairing vents, they also cleared twigs and branches from my gutters.

From the beginning of the job to the end, they were very friendly and professional. They provided a free estimate and finished the job all in one day. The pricing was very fair compared to other companies. They installed a chimney cap, tightened any loose screws and added karnak to the bottom of the chimney. Service was excellent!

We needed a chimney liner for our new boiler, as per state regulations. A Plus was sub-contracted by the plumbing company doing the boiler installation. We were very impressed by the fantastic job performed by the A Plus crew. They came early, worked efficiently showing their knowledge and experience, They were also pleasant and did a through clean-up of what could be a potentially messy job. Would highly recommend A Plus, and are already considering using them again for a new roof on our garage sometime in the future.

We needed a new chimney liner installed for a boiler conversion and we chose A-Plus over other contractors because they were the most responsive. We also contracted them to do some roof maintenance and putting on silvercoating. The crew came on time and they were very professional. They were very thorough and neat with their work. And also very respectful of our house and property. The chimney liner required permit & inspection from our town and everything was handled and coordinated by their office (Nancy). We passed inspection with no issues! Thank you for a job well done. It is refreshing to deal with a well-run company such as yours – from the front-office to the crew on the field. It didn't. A Plus used to be a good company. I hired A Plus a year or two ago for a roof repair and it went great. Called once, set an appt for a Saturday, crew came out, scoped the work, gave me an estimate, I approved it and they went to work. They finished the job in good time and even met my request for a chimney inspection and certification. Now, it seems the company was unprepared for the growth and demand for their services that comes with signing up with Angie's List and accumulating A ratings. A Plus' ability to sell their services seems way ahead of their ability to actually deliver services. I called A Plus last week due to a leak in my roof. After several calls back and forth with Nancy - in office person coordinating field activities - I finally got a guy out several days later. I thought work would be done since A Plus was my go to provider but all he did was hurriedly estimate cost, nothing written and never received a written estimate promised by Nancy, and then he was off to the next appointment. I scheduled the work for two days later but they never showed. Instead, Nancy again called me a day later and left a message to schedule for next week. Problem is, a huge rain storm is approaching this weekend. I tired of the numerous calls back and forth and called another company that quickly responded and completed the work on a Friday evening ahead of the storm. Nancy is coordinating but it seems like the actual workers are doing their own thing and she's apparently finding out belatedly. It all results in missed client commitments, a bunch of phone calls and poor customer service. Unfortunate. A Plus is squandering great ratings on Angie's List. If you have a roofing problem, you should turn to someone else. These folks aren't ready.

A-Plus Roofing was very professional and very prompt. I met with them for a free estimate and within 2 weeks my roof was done. They arrived on time and completed a majority of the work in 1 day. There was a lot of debris from the old roof and they cleaned it all up and made the yard look immaculate again. I would highly recommend them.

called for a gutter repair after the last storm pulled a piece of my gutter off the house. Provider called ahead, arrived on time, and finished the job in 15 minutes. Very affordable as well.

Excellent. There were several repair men who were respectful and efficient and completed the work to my satisfaction. They showed me the damage and explained the work that had to be done. When I expressed my dislike of the shingle color, they went and purchased a different color. Repair work looks great and they were reasonably priced. I am very satisfied with their work, recommend their service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

No more leak. and it cost less All the guys doing the job were very gracious and concerned with my satisfaction. I wish I had more for them to do. I'd hire them again in a minute.

We needed to fix our chimney's cap and missing bricks in addition to sweep the chimney. I have found out A-Plus Roofing through a family friend and called them to get a free estimate. They have been very responsive and polite since we first contacted and gave us a great price to do all the work. Their timing was perfect, they came right on time, did an amazing job and even gave us a 10% discount once they figured that there was no need to clean inside the chimney (we use a gas heater). So overall it was a great experience. They did a really nice, clean job and the whole thing took less than an hour. I will certainly work with them in the future and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Called few companies, got estimates but non of them were as accommodating or as friendly and reasonable as A-Plus Roofing. They were here on time, professional and prices you cannot beat. Job was done professionally and finished on time. Staff were very friendly and the price was more than reasonable.
