Description of Work: Cleaned our gutters on a two story private home with a slate roof! Since the roof was slate, they had to use ladders from the ground for the second floor which is more difficult. |They did an excellent job and at good price.

Description of Work: This company did an excellent job. My roof is very labor intense because the edges of the roof are curved. Other roofing companies were much more expensive or were not experienced doing this type of roof. I was very pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend A-Plus Roofing

 + 0 moreThe issue was not resolved after the work above was done. We originally called this company as PSEG shut down our water as the water heaters were not properly ventilating. PSEG came back and did not find the ventilation to be adequate. We called back the company, and they tried to send the same team out, but they were not able to make the visit. They sent another team and they end up re-cleaning the chimney finding enough debris and rocks that it filled up about 2 large black garbage bags. They also un-did the split mentioned above as they were able to get more pitch out of one combined tube to vent instead of having two. I called the office after the second visit to discuss what exactly did I pay for on the first visit if they took out two garbage bag full of dirt and rocks. I asked for a manager to call me back. They never did. Sad - they seem to have other great ratings. May be the first team sent was the issue, not the Company as the second team did a great job.
Description of Work: We called this company after a referral from another property management company. We had new water heaters installed and they chimneys were not properly ventilating the water heaters. Originally the two water heaters were venting into one tube, they split this out and drilled another whole in the chimney to vent both individually. They also tested the other chimneys available to see if there was a better one and cleaned the chimney they ended up using.

 + 1 moreWe called and spoke to a very nice receptionist who scheduled an appointment for the next day. Savino (an owner) arrived at the scheduled time and inspected the roof. He took photos of the damaged roof as well. He was very professional in his manner. He drew up a contract and answered any questions we had about the job. An appointment was made for the following week. He arrived on time and worked all day. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend this company to friends. In addition, we received "before and after" photos of the work that was performed.
Description of Work: We had a leak in our roof and part of the roof was replaced. They flashed the chimney and the two vent pipes and cleaned and flushed all the gutters.

Description of Work: I called the company just to clean my gutters because we experienced water in the basement. Not only did Sabino clean the gutters, but found the exact problem with the gutter drain off. A tree root grew into a pvc pipe and damaged the pipe..hence the water accumulation.He also inspected my roof, chimney and other home issues that were vital. Because of his evaluation, I will have him take care of the problems. He checked the dryer vent, which is in our attic since we have the washer/dryer upstairs. There was a serious lint accumulation that could have caused a fire. Sabino also evaluated steps that need to be redone after many years. He knows his stuff!

Description of Work: The individual came and took nine layers of bricks off that was damage on chimney and replaced it with new ones then they replace the lining inside that was damage inside and placed new fixtures for the hot water and heater and once they were done then they did an excellent job in cleaning up and taking it with them

 + -1 moreOVERALL I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH SABINO AND A PLUS ROOFING. THE JOB WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND WAS VERY HAPPY THAT SABINO WAS ABLE TO COME THAT VERY SAME DAY I CALLED. SEEN ANY SIGN OF A LEAK SINCE.
Description of Work: I HAD A LEAK ON MY ROOF AND AFTER CONTACTING 4 DIFFERENT ROOFING COMPANIES, NONE OF THEM WERE ABLE TO PINPOINT THE PROBLEM. I THEN CONTACTED A PLUS ROOFING AND SPOKE TO SABINO. AFTER EXPLAING WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, HE WAS ABLE TO COME THAT SAME DAY TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND FIGURED OUT WHERE THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM EXACTLY.. HE AND THE OTHER WORKERS MANAGED TO FIX THE PROBLEM IN A FEW HOURS
