The tech was punctual, pleasant and did an outstanding job with the carpets. He said he would do a small area of the grout first because generally the grout of small tiles didn't respond to treatment. When it didn't clean to his satisfaction, he stopped and we cancelled that part of the job. I was extremely pleased with the whole operation.

They did not have a lift and instead used a wand extension. Not sure how good that would work for a heavier duty job. Nevertheless, I was pleased with my job.

The quality of the cleaning was good. The people were nice, they came on time and did what they were supposed to do.

They were on time and did a good job. The sediment washed from the concrete sat on the pavers which were not part of the job. When I contacted Aaron and sent him some photos of the pavers he offered to come back and clean them at no additional cost

Work was well done. The grout and the carpet stain did not come up as bright as I would have hoped, but that could have been due to the age of the grout and the light color of the carpet. The grout and the carpet do, however, look a lot better. The technician was very courteous and professional.

The service technician was very nice, professional and personable, and almost on time, although we felt rushed. (it was 4pm Froiday afternoon) The service we purchased was for 3 rooms for $69 including cleaning, deodorizing and scotch-guarding. When we asked about whether the stains needed additional pre-treat we were told "yes" and a fee was charged. The carpet/rug stains that were pre-treated didn't go away, The carpet/rug odors were also not eliminated. Rugs were pre-treated, cleaned, and deodorized in less than 1 hour, and still show stains and odor. Price was more than doubled to add stairs and pre-treat that didn't eliminate issues. Got a sense the job was rushed, and no "deep" cleaning completed, in spite of the extra charge for pre-treating, and deodorizing. Additionally, we were told the carpets would be damp for 2 to 4 hours, they stayed wet for 24 hours. Subsequently called to ask if scotch guard was actually applied, and the company hasn't responded.

The rugs and carpet look outstounding. The technician came on time, explained the work, and completed the cleaning efficiently. We have 3 large and 3 smaller area rugs, 2 bedrooms of carpetting, and 1 staircase.

The guy who did the work was rude and inept. The carpets were completely soaked when he left our home. We were unable to walk in these rooms for several days without wearing shoes. The guy claimed this was normal. He was in a rush and it was clear he was in a hurry to go somewhere else. I would never consider using this business again even if the work was performed for free.

Work was done extremely satisfactorily. The person who came was professional, polite and did a good job. Well worth the reference.

I called Wilson on a Tuesday and spoke with Aaron, the owner. I explained the problem and he explained how it would be cleaned and told me what it would cost. He also told me the cost for anything additional should he find other issues. He asked me when I would like the service to be performed and I told him since I could not use the dryer, as soon as he could give me an appointment. To my surprise, he told me he could have someone there on Wednesday, the next day. They were scheduled to arrive in the afternoon but called that morning and Aaron himself was there at 9:30. the service was performed, luckily he did not find anything else and left my laundry room spotless. I would highly recommend them and we are considering hiring them again for some additional work we would like to have done. Thank you Aaron for your prompt and friendly service.

Aaron is great to work with. This is the second time I have used Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning. I used them for carpet cleaning before. Both times Aaron came to the house and did an excellent job. He is very customer service oriented and is always a pleasure to work with. 5 Stars.

Great! The front of the house was grimmy and now looks great! Aaron was also able to clean the interior ceiling of my porch and the columns and both look almost new. He also cleaned by fence, which now looks white again. I asked him about the mold on my porch flooring and he said cleaning it would really improve it. He cleaned a portion of it just to show me -- and it looked like new -- but didn't pressure me to clean the whole thing, keeping my budget in mind. Will do that next year. He also cleaned a carpet, which now looks great. Overall, really happy with the experience. Aaron was professional and wouldn't leave until he knew I was satisfied with everything. Aaron was extremely courteous and professional. The quality of work done was amazing. Would definitely hire again. Would give him an A+ if the rating system allowed!
