Description of Work: Cleaned three rooms of carpeting (area rugs). They also cleaned the carpeting in the hallway for no extra charge, which I really appreciated. They did an excellent job and paid attention to details - such as wiping up any water drops on the hardwood flooring. I plan on using them again to cleaning the carpets in the upstairs bedrooms.

Description of Work: Although he was very quick to respond to my initial call, he forgot about my appointment when the day came. I made the appointment for tho day I moved out, which I shouldn't have but we weren't finished moving stuff yet. He was late for appointment so I called him to check in but he had me down for another day. He did manage to still get there before I had to be out to clean the carpets. Everything else was great. Floors looked good but they were still pretty wet when the New owners came later. I would hire him again just not under time constraints.

Description of Work: Mr. Wilson cleaned four rooms, a hall and stairs. As I have pet stains on my carpets, I agreed to an additional product to be applied that would neutralize odors that would arise from the cleaning. The rugs smell good and he was able to get out some stains in one rug that had been there for years and had not come out with other carpet cleaners.
