Great! The technician was extremely professional, and worked extra hard to get all of the stains out of my old carpets without charging me more. He even did the hallway for free. He was courteous and knowledgeable and was able and willing to answer all of my questions. Would definitely hire again!

He was really nice. I was unhappy with a couple of things initially. He came back instantly. He took the time to rinse everything so we wouldn't have any residue on the carpets. I would highly recommend them.

They showed up promptly and did a great job. The concrete areas were noticeably cleaner and lighter.
