Erik arrived and did a great job on the entire house. He first applied a solution to kill the mold and mildew then began his power washing. He was a one man wonder using his equipment efficiently and like a pro. He was very attentive to detail and kept me informed of his progress. He also power washed our long concrete driveway in the same manner using a special circular disk that did a wonderful job. At the conclusion of the job, he took me on a tour and asked if I was satisfied with his work. He even went back over a few areas that he wasn't satisfied with initially. I was very pleased with the job and will definitely use them again.

After the sofa dried there were horrible lines all over it, When I called and spoke to the owner he was very willing to send the technician back out to resolve the matter howler; the technician had a poor attitude and acted as though his time was being wasted coming back.

The carpet cleaning technician arrived on time. He pre-treated soiled areas carefully prior to using his steam cleaner. The technician took his time, ensuring he reached under beds and other heavy furniture. The technician's attention to detail was very impressive - it was apparent that he wanted to do the best job possible.

They did great job of cleaning air duct and than testing it to make sure the mole was gone. It was a pleasure working with the company, a professional job which is hard to find today.

Everything went well and they taught me on how keep the tile grouting clean. they suggested to buy a special mop sharp genius seam pocket mop; to keep the tile grout clean.

Aaron was easy to work with to schedule a date and determine the extra items we needed (pet stain treatments and also cleaning stairs). Will arrived on time and was able to quickly identify the areas that needed additional treatment. We had moved most of furniture the day before so I think the job went quicker . Result was fair. I expected a better result. The process required a lot of manual scrubbing and the tech was tired. There should have been 2 persons doing the job.

The technician did a cleanup of the return air vents (three), and added an anti-allergen to the duct system. He also showed me that after his cleaning, the furnace filter was able to remove additional dust/build up. All that is OK and as per what was discussed, but after I read more about air-duct cleaning, I understand a professional cleanup needs more to be done (as per standards). I have seen some cleaners even provided pictures of the air-duct system (before and after). The technician was certainly polite and methodical. He insisted on coming earlier than the time I scheduled because some other job was done earlier; no matter all my persuasion. Although I was really annoyed initially and would have complained to the owner, it actually worked better subsequently because an important interview was postponed!!!

He did a good job. My floor is a mess and I am realistic about how good it would look. It was clean and brighter. It was much better than me being on my hands and knees for 7 hours.

They were on time. Tiles got cleaned but the grout cleaning was not as good as expected. They did say that it should be regrouped and that their cleaning cannot do deep cleaning in between grout. So I️ really just got my tiles washed.

It went GREAT! Technician showed up on time, did the work in a professional manner, neat and clean. I paid my bill with a credit card, got a receipt and felt good when the process was over. This was the second time I used their service. I highly recommend Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning!
