+ -1 moreI was very impressed with the Toms River Weichert Agency when I met Joanne D'Aronzo and her manager Chris Anthony who took the time to sit in on our meeting. Joanne and Chris answered all my questions and concerns and Chris assured me he would also be available to take an active part in selling my home too. The both gave me their strategy to sell my house and assured me I would not be disappointed with their service. Joanne and Chris exceeded my expections when they displayed their professionalism and competent skills as they quickly sold our home of 29 years at a competative price. After I inteviewed other agents and agencys in the Toms River area the decision to list with Weichert was definitely the right choice. I highly recommed Joanne D'Aronzo and her manager Chris Anthony at theToms River Weichert office.
Description of Work: Joanne D'Aronzo representing Weichert Realtors exceeded my expectations when she sold my home! After my husband and I were disappointed with another agent's service from a different realestate agency whom we hired four months earlier, we were extremely impressed with Joanne's plan to sell our home when she represented us. She sold our home within several weeks after I met with her and her manager Chris Anthony at the Toms River Weichert office. Joanne always picked up her cell phone or called me back in a timely manner up until and including the day of the closing. What really impressed me was her experience, dedication, honesty, and professionalism. Ms. D'Aronzo officially listed our home on the MLS Weichert Realtors site on July 29, 2012; we signed a contract with the buyers on August 5th and had our closing on September 21, 2012.
