Description of Work: they hung lights that looked great when they worked. They convinced me to add a new electrical line which I did using their reccommended contractor. We had problems anyway. they tried so I went with them again and sent a deposit of over 200 dollars requesting lights by Thanksgiving. I have called 4 times, textd twice and I still haven't heard one word from them. They cashed my check and still have all my lights so now I have nothing. I feel like they have stolen from us and I can't do anything about it. I am just so disappointed because origionally Ryan was so responsive. We are both in our 70's and my husband is disabled making it even worse because now we can't even have our home pretty for our grandchildren. If there is some kind of explanation I would really like to hear it because right now I feel duped'

+ -1 moreThey did a very nice job last year. They are very reliable. They did the design and came in and set everything up when they said they are going to do it. They cleaned up as well. I am going to use them again the next year. The most important thing is that they did a quality job. They basically adhered to the schedule that they said and that was pretty important. They were expensive. The first year I bought everything, I can either rent it or I can buy it. I know the price was steep. We had to buy trees and led lights.
Description of Work: I used We Hang Holiday Lights for decorating the house.
