+ 2 moreSometimes it challenging, but it's not awful. I remember that I was having issues when I signed up the service we were suppose to get like bonus points and you were suppose to have this put on your account and that put on your account and I remember calling saying I don't understand I don't see it here and it was like really hard to talk someone about it and I kept getting transferred around.
Description of Work: I used Verizon Wireless for internet service, phone service - cellular, phone service - landline and TV service - cable.

+ 1 moreI switched over to Verizon because I didn’t like the price of the previous company. I also like some of the functions and how the cable works better at Verizon. Everything’s a lot better and so far I like it. I have a two year fixed rate with them. It’s pretty reasonable for all 3 combined services.
Description of Work: I use Verizon Wireless - Toms River for my TV, internet and phone service. I’ve only had them for a few weeks.
