Description of Work: We had all the windows replaced in our home. Toms River Window employees and owners were very professional and reliable. It was quite expensive but we got an excellent quality product and superb installation. Couldn't ask for more.

 + 0 moreThey were professional and thoroughly prepared the estimate and were twice the price of the lowest estimate I had. He admitted they were not cheap but were "local". Thats true but I hired a local contractor for half the price.
Description of Work: They gave me an estimate for replacement windows and a patio door. They were the highest estimate of 7 contractors.

 + 0 moreEverything went well from start to finish. The sales represenative and installers were knowlegable, courteous and professional at all times. The installers were friendly, personable and skilled. Tarps were used, debris removed and vaccumed after completion of the job each day. The job was estimated to take approx 2 days to complete and was completed on time with no hidden costs/fees.
Description of Work: Replaced/installed a new Bow Window in front of residence. Replaced/installed a new casement window in the rear of the residence. Replaced/installed new front storm and fiberglass doors. Removed and took away all old windows and doors.

 + -1 moreWe thought that they were overpriced. The salesman was uncouth - kind of like a used-car-salesman. We ended up not choosing them. It was an upper-end door, and it was almost $5000 for the door and two sidelights. It was very expensive. We went with another brand for like half the price. They were helpful in the showroom. We scheduled an appointment at home and he came on time and everything. I would not consider using them in the future.

 + -1 moreThere service was excellent. I was please with the work, although the pricing was sort of high. I believe that the price was higher because I paid for the quality of the work that they did for me.
