Not delivered what they had promised. Disappointed that we bought their scam.

They had the right equipment, insurance, worked diligently. They cleaned up all the mess and even fixed up the sod. You can't tell they were there.

Kevin was willing to work with my budget ; the highest estimate from another tree company was $5,000. He showed up in May 2013 @ 8 or 9 in the morning and spent all day taking limb by limb down with ropes. This was a massive tree in my front yard. It had grown threw the years over the roof of my home and into the power lines by the road. By the evening he was finished grinding the stump. I was unsure if the landscaper was adding topsoil to regrade or taking the level of the dirt lower so he gave me his word if it wasn't low enough he would come back. Landscaper looked at the job late fall and said it needs to go lower. Kevin kept his word and came back and ground down the stump beautifully with out charging extra. He did a really good job!

After providing an estimate and date for tree trimming, he was a no show on the initial date. After several calls, he finally called me saying he would make it and quot;first thingand quot; on the following Monday. That day, I called at 10:00 am, stating I had appointments and could not wait fur him to return my call until late in the day as with the previous call. He returned my call within an hour saying he had and quot;other jobs, trees on the roof of a friend's houseand quot; and he had to and quot;take care of thatand quot;. I had previously used their services 2 years ago, but this latest request for services was not professional and I won't use them again.

They did a great job, and were very professional. They were safety conscious, on time, and cleaned up after themselves.
