Description of Work: Townhome association contracted with this company to rebuild a chimney and they left the job without finishing it....whoever uses them I'd say don't pay anything until the job is finished completely to your satisfaction and good luck with that.

 + 0 moreBelieve this job was not one that contractor was capable of doing.
Description of Work: Stone Age hired to replace stone chimney by Townhome association. chimney never completed so outside of chimney has new stone and side along the roof has old stone and masonry. Original problem with leaking still not repaired, hired to also do inside drywall and bid changed by contractor after bid was accepted. When completed part of job in fall claimed would return to complete job in spring. Today is June 7, 2012 and contractor no longer returning calls to association. Contractor destroyed 2 bushes that he claimed he would replace, not done yet. Damaged screen window, not fixed. Solar lamp missing, not replaced. Applied some kind of supposed sealant, has run down side of new stone staining it. Gaps left in base of chimney were attempted to be covered with dirt.

concrete repair, masonry
 + 0 moreMike came and gave me an estimate with in 24 hrs. It was a small repair that involved removing the bilco doors to the basement, removing the rotting wood and crumbling concrete foundation and replacing the old foundation with a new brick and concrete one then remounting the bilco doors. The job was scheduled and completed in a timely manor. Mike informed me that the concrete might crack when drying and it did, he returned and repaired it. I was completely pleased with the work, price and the manor with which the whole job was completed.
