Steve Scillieri Plumbing & Heating

This is an example of there being no such thing as a small job. It began when our outdoor faucet burst this spring. We had some trouble with finding and turning off the water since the shut off valve belonging to the water company here in Seaside failed to work. The shut off valve is under the sand behind our home. Steve had to return a couple of times to straighten out our problem. He was patient and cooperative in working through the problem and installing a new faucet. I would highly recommend him!

Steve responded immediately. Arrived when he said he would. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Did a very thorough job. Would definitely recommend him.

Steve, Installed a new gas line for my outdoor grill. He had too dig a trench and install all new piping. He applied for the permit and picked it up. When he finished the worksite was clean, the job was inspected and everything was done to code. Steve was a true professional. The job was finished on time with all work done professionally. I would def. use Steve again, he is very knowledgable and has fair pricing. When the job was complete he even stayed and helped me connect the grill and made sure everything was working before he left.

When I turned on the water to my beach house, water was pouring out of the light fixture in the bathroom. When I called Steve he showed within a few hours. He fixed the pipe and when we turned the water back on he found 2 more leaks. He fixed those too and made sure that there were not any more leaks. Steve was great and professional. He also came again on a Sunday to repair the toilet. I would highly recommend his services.

Steve came right out, diagnosed the problem gave me tremendous advice and my problem was resolved. Would reccomend him highly. Honest, good guy.

I contacted Steve on the Angie's List website, and he responded promptly. We wanted him to replace, and reconfigure all the kitchen sink pipes. He was able to give me a "ballpark" estimate of $180.00 without coming out to take a look. (I had a feeling it might come out to be more, since I felt the job might be more complicated than I could describe over the phone.) On 4/3/15 Steve arrived at the agreed time, and went to work sawing out the old pipes, then replacing, and reconfiguring new pipes. It took about 2 hours, and I paid him approximately $235.00. I was very happy to have the pipes draining properly, and having much more room under the sink. After that, Steve did have to return for a the replacement of the kitchen sink basket that ended up leaking, and I paid him $35.00 for that.

Steve is a true professional. Came exactly on time and fixed my broken pipe in a timely manner. Very clean also. Swept up any debris and discarded it. I would recommend him to anybody who needs any professional plumbing done in there home.

Steve was great to work with! He scheduled me for a Saturday job, he called me the morning of, and then arrived right on time. He went to work in the crawl space, and gave me a description of the work completed. Very professional, highly recommend!

I joined Angie's List yesterday to find a reputable electrician and plumber. Based on Angie's List reviews, I choose to contact plumber Steve Scillieri through the Angie's List email message feature, giving my phone number for him to contact me. Mr. Scillieri kindly called in a timely manner, as I hoped he would, and set up an appointment for this morning. Based on my explanation of the problem, Mr. Scilleri gave me a price quote on the phone, without my even having to ask for one. I appreciated knowing ahead of time what to expect to pay, assuming that my description matched the on-premise diagnosis that he would make. I thought that his estimated charge seemed very reasonable. A no-nonsense professional, Mr. Scillieri fixed the problem without hesitation or delay. Because being responsible for the maintenance of this home is new to me, I had a number of questions about things to monitor that he very patiently answered for me. When I offered to pay for his expertise in teaching me via answering those questions, Mr. Sillieri said he was pleased to provide that information at no cost. Because the house has needed so many repairs this summer, I appreciated that he sensed my concern to make sure that I wasn't "missing" signs that there were additional problems. Not only did he not take advantage of my concerns, but he allayed them. Bravo! Of course I would contact him again, based on the experience I had that he is trustworthy, as well as competent. A down-to-earth professional, I admire that he works hard and takes pride in his services as a proprietor, and is not part of an impersonal big company. For many years my parents whose home this had been had a neighborhood plumber whose complete trust they had. That plumber is gone, and I was concerned that I would not find someone of the same caliber to replace him. Providentially I was wrong. Thank God for Mr. Scillieri! ...And Thank God for Angie's List. It really works!

I emailed Steve on Friday evening to get a price for replacing one of our toilets. Steve was very responsive, and was able to perform the work the next afternoon. His price was reasonable, he was prompt and professional. We are very satisfied with his work, and we would not hesitate to call on him again or recommend him to anyone looking for a good and reasonable plumber.

We sent email to Steve through Angie's List and he contacted us within the hour. We scheduled appt for the very next morning. He arrived promptly, reviewed the issues, and knew exactly what needed to be done. The toilet had to be unmounted from the floor and the wax ring needed to be replaced. The leak under the sink was partially due to incorrect dishwasher connection and needed a new turn valve. Both issues were quickly repaired and working perfectly now! We will definitely contact Steve Scillieri for any future plumbing needs!

He returned our call, came when he said he would come to give a quote, we called when we were ready and he came out a few days later. The day it was scheduled he called the morning of and gave the time he would be there and reminded us that the water would be turned off while he worked. He arrived right on time and did a thorough job and was pleasant and professional.

This was not an easy job. The pantry closet was quite small, but Steve made it work. He completed the job in 2 days and was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely contact him again for any of our plumbing needs

I contacted Steve to install a water heater in our home. We had arranged with a previous contractor who backed out at the last minute. My son was just out of the hospital and not having hot water was a real inconvenience. Steve was courteous and professional. He was considerate of our situation and our time which can be rare. Went great. Steve was on time came prepared for the work we discussed over the phone and even offered options for various ways he could run the piping. Steve even explained possible future plumbing needs.

He lied all ne water line, ripped out all old plumbing, installed new gas lines, and rough plumbing in bathroom and installed bathtub and has pipes ready to hookup after contractor finishes the sheet rock.
