Well. After a small problem with water line, Steve fixed it with a part from his truck.

Pipe was fixed quickly and I have had no problems since.

An overall excellent experience. Steve accommodated my hectic work schedule and was able to come to my home on a day and time convenient for me. Although the total price for the job was more than originally quoted, he was transparent about it from the start of the project and explained the reasoning as to why. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided by Steve and will be reaching out to him for any future plumbing issues that arise in my new home.

What I really liked about Steve was that he kept me informed as to what needed to be done and took the time to explain the problem. It was not easy to get the line from the basement to the fridge. Steve did a great job. In addition, the men who delivered my fridge couldn't get it into the space. They left with my new fridge in the middle of my kitchen! Steve stay after he was finished with the plumbing job and helped my get the fridge installed! He was just awesome!!!!!

Steve did a great job! He was very responsive and accommodated my schedule as needed. He did a really nice job (clean and high quality). He needed to replace all of the existing structure copper since it was so old. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Its great to deal with a plumber who has experience!

We made an appointment for a few days out. Steve called when he was on his way and he arrived within 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problems and had the parts needed to make the repairs. He gladly accepted the $30 coupon.
