He generally is unreliable on expectations of when he's going to be here. He comes up with a variety of reasons why he can't be here. He sometimes is unable to come out for a week at a time. He tends to cut corners. He doesn't go the extra mile to finish the job. The prices are reasonable.

It went perfectly. He did it right the first time, and we never had to call him back. He has great availability.

Steve was a God-send as we needed the hot water heater replaced quickly because of family coming for a funeral. The replacement hot water heater was a 30-gallon tank and had to be ordered. Steve had little control over when the heater would come in on the very day our relatives were coming. Steve said no matter how late the replacement came in, he would be sure to install it under the circumstances. He was true to his word. When we arrived home from the viewing, we had a new water heater. We were in a tight spot, and Steve really went above and beyond to make the replacement happen in time.

Steve was very Professional he arrived on time. My husband and I were very Satisfied with his work also very Reasonably priced.He quoted the job and he stuck by his price no Surprises ! Try him all you can get is getting the job done right. My husand and I will always use him from now on. It's so very hard to find a Professional Plumber these days most are like the Three Stooges I guess I will end it at that.

It was really good from start to finish.

I had a leak in my shower facuet and Steve advised me that he would need to get behind the shower to repair the leak. He took the fiberglass shower out and repaired the leak. The shower was originally a 3 piece shower and he replaced it with a one piece shower so he had to take everything out (toilet, vanity, sink, stair railing, door) to get the shower back in. He was able to get the shower in ok but everything else wasn't replaced correctly, especailly the toilet. I noticed after about a week that there was a leak from the toilet from visable marks on the ceiling in my kitchen. Steve came back out and removed the toilet again (it's still leaning up against the wall in the bathroom with a rag in the hole) and cut a hole in the ceiling of my kitchen (which is also still there) He said he wanted to see where the water was coming and advised me to use my new shower and other bathroom normally and he would be back within a couple of days. That was around 6/19/12 and I have yet to hear back from him. He said he thought the leak was coming from my other bathroom but he's never come back to investigate.

I was at home on a Saturday doing laundry before i was to leave on a trip and noticed one hose leaking on my washer.I thought "oh no ,I can't leave on a trip with this leak."I didn't know where to turn until remembered my nephew had just told me about Angie's list.So i joined and looked for a plumber as close to me as possible.I called and left a message for Steve and he called back almost right away.At first he asked if he could come on Monday,I told him I needed someone right away because I was leaving on a trip.He said .Okay but I will have to charge a bit more because it's Sat. and he also had another job to do first .He said he would call me when he was done,and he did and he came in and made suggesttions for a remedy that would cure this issue and save me future issues by installing Heavy gage hoses.I was so happy to have it done so I could leave with piece of mind.Steve was terrific!!!

A punctual plumber with lots of experimence and resonabaly priced. Quite pleased with entire experience.

Steve showed up on time & preferred the week in a professional manner with high quality and a very fair price. Will call him again next time I need a plumber.
