Description of Work: I called Steve about an AIr Gap on my sink. I was putting in a new sink and dishwasher and wanted to avoid having an Air Gap. Over the phone Steve explained how they worked and how to avoid having one with my new dishwasher. So he didn't need to come out but was extremely helpful.

Description of Work: I never ended up using Steve, but should I have a need I would. I was calling on behalf of my mother in law who needed help finding a plumber for her summer house. Being that I was in NY and she was in NJ, I could not see the problem first hand. I explained it to him the best I could and even though he was at another job all the way in Northern jersey, he was going to come see her on his way home after a very long day. Even though she ended up using someone else because the matter at hand could not wait, he was very nice, patient and professional. Should we need plumbing services again, I would go to Steve first.
