Description of Work: I'm reviewing based strictly on the professionalism of the woman on the phone. We contacted our home warranty company and this is the vendor they selected. The vendor refused to come to our house stating that we "were in red" and didn't want to elaborate. She was extremely rude and offered no explanation. My wife contacted the company to try to better understand and was met with the same rudeness and lack of professionalism that I was. Their response was that we had multiple no shows and refused payment in the past. Interesting thing is we have only been in the house for 9 months and only ever called for service on a dishwasher. I've never heard of the this company before.
