+ -1 moreThere were other things that I asked him to do, since he was here, in addition to fixing the computer; I had a disk from when I was working that I didn't even know how to open - it was a special program, so he taught me how to do that.
Description of Work: I've used Rescue Computer Service. My computer crashed and the guy came to the house and took care of everything.

+ -1 moreWhole process was smooth, professionally handled and they were responsive to my needs. I would definitely call them first for any future problems. Good, timely service. Good communication and response time.
Description of Work: Came to the house to diagnose problems with my desktop computer. Tested and determined a full HD crash had occurred. Took tower with him to do the install of a new HD and check for any other problems. Returned tower to me, made sure basic programs were installed, as was the reinstall of my printer.
