They ripped out and destroyed the plaster around my vents. They claimed I had mold and second opinions refuted the mold claim.

air duct cleaning
+ -1 more2 men performed duct cleaning. I expected the grates to be cleaned - left dirty. Caught the one putting new $35 furnace filter on a dirty frame! He said he couldn't get the side sections cleaned by vacuuming - so he was just going to sneak the dirty piece back on! For $1200 they should've replaced these 2 small 4" x 8" sections. When I caught him, he also had the black plastic "finger piece" which separates the filter pleats on wrong - some pleats were squeezed 4 together, some 2 or 3 & some had none. The "finger piece" is to separate each pleat to work properly.I told the guy I'd do it - actually went to a local heat/air conditioning store to get pieces not having use of air conditioning for 2 days in 95 degree heat! Go elswhere!
