BEWARE before you hire Paul Munzelle General Contractor. After 8 weeks, our Master bath is still not finished. He is only a licensed contractor, not a licensed plumber or electrician. I did not know that. He puts on a good show when you first meet. He will place shoe covers on his shoes the first time he comes into your home. That is the last time he puts on shoe covers, and his workers never wear shoe covers. Workers scrape walls, which I will now have to repaint. Tile is chipped and cracked. Paul will not be there every day to supervise. One of his workers does most of the work. I don’t know if this worker is even a U.S. citizen! This worker cleans out his tools in your yard and leaves the debris in your yard. We had to amend our contract and get rid of Paul Munzelle. I will hire a licensed plumber to finish the plumbing and an experienced tile person to replace the cracked tile. Good Riddance!!

Although it will be difficult, I will try to take the high road concerning Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s review. We completed the Master Bath project in 4 weeks, and it was in the punch list stage (waiting for parts). The tile was done, all plumbing and electric completed, sinks, faucets, tub installed and working, trim and paint completed. At that time Mr. [Member Name Removed] asked me if I would renovate his first floor bath. This project was never on the schedule or included in the contract. This obviously added more time to the project. If Mr. [Member Name Removed] was so unhappy with my work and had issues, why would he ask me to do another bath project? Mr. [Member Name Removed] negleted to state this in his review. From day one till our final day we put down floor gaurd (protection) covering the area from the front entrance to the entrance to the Master Bath. Obviously there was no reason to wear shoe covers. He states in his review that he did not know if one of my employees "is even a U.S. citizen". I'm not sure what that has to do with anything, it does however gives some insight on Mr. Culvers charactor. The employee he is refering to, Manny has been with me for 10 years and is in the country legally, pays taxes, put his two kids through college, speaks english, works hard, and is a trustworthy, honest person. I cannot say the same for Mr. [Member Name Removed]. Any remaining work and/or issues would have been addressed and completed, however Mr. [Member Name Removed] decided not to pay me and move forward on his own.
