I recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding renovation contractor, Moon Star Construction of Toms River and I am thrilled to share my positive experience. The project consisted of the total renovation of our beach house in Seaside Heights to include the following: a) Obtaining permits and conduct inspections b) Residing the house c) Relocating the main entrance from front to side and renovating front deck d) Renovating rear deck, added door into kitchen and new outdoor shower e) Removing house contents to temporary storage into PODS in driveway f) Adding new bathroom and new closet to existing room g) Adding new windows and front door to newly created areas by front entrance h) Gutting remaining rooms in house, replaced sheet rock and all doors i) Replacing all floors and painting interior j) Relocating house contents from PODS into original locations k) Removing wooden fence and gates into yard and replaced with new plastic fence and gates l) Install new hard wired exterior surveillance in front, side and back of house From start to finish, this contractor displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and commitment to delivering top-notch results. I cannot recommend them highly enough. First and foremost, their communication skills were impeccable.
