Long's Air Conditioning & Heating

My a/c was 18 years old and it had major issues where it finally needed replacement. Had a few companies come out and give a quote. Out of the few companies Long's turned out to be the best for the price given. The salesman went over the few brands they had and I settled on a Goodman. I had the installation done in the fall of 2017. When the installers came out they put tarps down in my house to protect my floors and cleaned up after the job finished. Was very happy from start to finish with the job. The inspectors from the town were very impressed with the quality of the job. They said they usually don't see that high of quality work. I been using the air on and off the last month and am happy with the way its working. Would recommend Long's to anyone wanting a professional job.

After using three other companies, including the actual company that installed the new HVAC a year earlier, Long's fixed everything correctly and JEFF, the mechanic who performed the repairs, is the best. May I say it again. Use Long's and ask for Jeff. You will not be disappointed in the workmanship, and skill quality of this serviceman.

It all went just fine, Scott McCutchan was a pleasure to work with and right on top of all that went on. I'm very pleased.

Scott McCutchan came to my house the same day I called for the estimate. He was very easy to talk to and explained completely what needed to be done. As I needed the conversion done quickly, i did not get any other estimates. He was very accurate in the cost and timing. The job was completed in less than two days. The installers worked neatly and cleaned up afterwards. Longs filled out all the forms needed to get rebates from the state, etc. The office personnel were kind and efficient. About a month later, I had to call them back for an issue unrelated to the install (it was a problem with another contractor turning off my water). The service tech that came was prompt and very pleasant. I would highly recommend Longs, and have already recommended them to my family and neighbors.
