Jon-Ran Construction

Jon-Ran construction completely replaced the roof of our home after damage sustained during Hurricane Irene. We were not the owners at the time however I believe the current owners were happy with the quality of the construction. We were ecstatic to purchase a home the next year that had a brand new roof and a 30 year warranty. Sadly, this is not the case. Due to the recent snowfall, we have sustained several leaks in our roof. I called Randy who I assume is the owner and he was extremely responsive. He was out of town, but came the next week to inspect the leak in the ceiling. After inspection, we realized that the roof was not leaking, it was snow blowing through our attic fan. That was not Randy's issue, so my husband and I remedied the problem. Graciously, Randy offered to come by to secure some flashings the next week. Randy never came and that was the last time we were ever able to make contact with him. After that visit several other leaks have popped up. These most likely due to the roofing. I have made at least 5 unreturned calls to this company. Might they do quality work? Perhaps. Will they stand by their work in the years to come? No. Find someone who actually will guarantee work done for years to come!
