+ -1 moreThey were wonderful, they were on time and punctual. He gave me a lot of information and he was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do. They used a method where I could not step on my carpet for a shorter time. He also provided me with a lot of tips in how to keep my carpet clean.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THE CARPET IS CLEAN, BUT THEY GOT CHEMICALS ALL OVER MY WALLS AND NOW IT WON'T COME OFF. I AM NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS OF THEIR SERVICE.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY GOOD. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER, BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK IS EXCELLENT. I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM TOO. THEY GOT ALL THE STAINS OUT.
