The job was done and after several months we noticed white specs coming through the grey stamped concrete. It has now flourished and looks absolutely atrocious. It was done incorrectly bc the sealant is wearing off which is normal but it’s taking the color with it so there thousands and thousands of white specs throughout after 2 years. They will not correct their mistake. They hv my money and they are gone. Be careful.

In 2003 we had a stamped concrete patio installed in our new construction home. We paid over $1000 extra to have larger steps by the sliding door. Within 5 years the construction of steps began crumbing and the pavers were not secured and by 2008 they were unusable. After dozens of unanswered phone calls, emails and messages the owner of the company showed up one day and the steps were fixed. Within 3 years the concrete on the top of the replaced steps was crumbling like fine dust. The company's receptionist stated them company could not take responsibility for the concrete because it was over one year since installation. When I questioned this because it appears to be a material defect she became very defensive and said if we didn't like their work we should find someone else to fix it and that they would definitely charge us. This was before anyone from the company had seen the concrete. The company is located less than 2 miles from our home. I agreed to take pictures of the concrete and email them to the company. An hour after this conversation I received a voice mail from the receptionist stating that they will not be fixing the steps and if we wouldn't recommend their company that they would not be doing any work for us or even come look at it. This was before any pictures were emailed to them. The receptionist also mentioned that 3 years ago she went through the trouble of sending me an estimate to have the company reseal the patio. We did the resealing every 2 years ourselves. I'm not sure how much trouble it would be to send an piece of paper to me with 2 lines of prices and I'm not sure if she realizes that when you send a piece of paper to someone that it is not an obligation to the receiver to use those services. At the time we had the original patio installed four other neighbors had patios installed. All five of us have had major issues. One patio had to be completely replaced within 2 years due to crumbling concrete. The nature of the concrete damage is similar to the concrete crumbling we had. None of the five of us would recommend this company. Since this experience with the company we have replaced the gremlin concrete ourselves. On the positive, when the patio was originally installed the owner and the workers were polite and timely.
