Mike and I spoke after reading reviews, especially the one about animal stains. He arranged an appointment within 2 days. His technician, Mert, called when he was on his way and arrived early even. He steam cleaned all the carpeting we had identified and was here almost 4 hours. The results were magnificent! The pet stains were gone and the light color carpeting went back to its original color. Mert was well versed in cleaning procedures. A total professional !! Next will be the furniture !

Matt was fantastic he worked very clean & neat he was able to bring out the colors in the carpet and took out the stains from the chairs. I wood use them again.

Did an excellent job, we had just moved into the home, there were lots of spots. Got them out but a few reappeared, they came back and treated them again.
