Responsive to estimate, yes. Responsive to getting paid, absolutely! Now that the job is complete, their responsiveness to a â customersâ phone call regarding an issue is a ZERO! 2 phone calls, 2 messages and no response over the course of 1 monthâ ¦ Poor Job! Do betterâ ¦customer service doesnâ t end when the job is complete. BTW: Great garage door, CHI Custom 16x8, but you need to get the rest right.
