Hi Steve called first thing and came over on a Sunday to access the problem. The door didn’t need to be replaced it was the spring that snapped. He was able to help us get our cars out of the garage Sunday and was back by Tuesday to replace both the springs and the controller! Everything was in writing via email and they sent us a text of when they were arriving which was very convenient. I would highly recommend them for accuracy and customer service.
