Well it is with a heavy heart that I have to write this review. First let me start by saying I received several estimates and GMX was not the cheapest by far. I would not have picked this company based on their reviews and lack of response, but my husband felt that they would be reputable. I advised him that the reviews stated that they did good work but their lack of response was an issue. We signed our contract April 9th. We had an issue with the timeline they promised, but 3 weeks after the original date given, the fence was installed. They did a fairly decent job however, they did not install the railings as promised and paid for and there is an issue with one of the gates not closing correctly. We have called weekly and we are being promised that they would be back to correct the gate and install the railings. It is now August and the issue is still not resolved. We are filing a claim with the better business for a return of our monies if this does not get resolved. Also, if you decide to use them, use a charge card!!! They charge a fee to deter and now I know why, but if you decide to take a chance, protect yourself.
