Frank was fast and accurate with his work i was very impressed

Company was hired by my Attorney. Clearly they have a deal together. Survey was not in my package at closing . I had to call to receive it. Property lines were not marked. I had to call to get that done and there was an additional charge. My environmental consultant contacted him to do the proposed plans for my dock since he did the other work. I was told I would have them a week before Christmas and it is now January 11th and I still do not have them. He will not answer the phone and will not call me back. Buyer beware!

It is NOT a 5-day turnaround, not even close. If you expect a standard drafting survey of 22x34, you better specify it. I received my copies on 8x10 paper, which is ridiculous as you can hardly see the property markers. I requested one copy of the larger version and I have been ignored. In addition, corner markers were not done due to a lack of accessibility. This translates into the 400 lb. guy that arrived could not get over the fence to properly mark the corners as discussed. Otherwise, everything went well.

As a Real Estate Attorney I am required to order Survey and Elevation Certificates for my clients on a weekly basis. Frank has always been professional, courteous, and timely. He is helpful to the buyers by taking time to answer questions; he is polite to the sellers, who may still be in the property. His prices are very competitive and he gets the job done on time

I hired Frank to do a survey on a property that I inherited. It has been in my family for many years. I went back through public records to find the original survey and one couldn't be found. Frank was very responsive, there was great communication, and his response time to the work from start to finish was fast. He did all of this via phone conversations and text, as I don't live in the town where I needed the survey. It isn't easy to hire someone to do something sight unseen, but Frank was so helpful and didn't disappoint. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!
