Fabio did a great job.

We hired Fabio to drywall and finish our cathedral ceiling, loft, and bedrooms. Fabio did an excellent job, there were many cuts and angles, the cuts were precise and the spackle finish was smooth. I would use Fabio again for any future jobs.

Fabio has done many projects within our home over the past 10 months. Initially we contracted with Fabio to provide dry walling for our gutted post Sandy home. The job went smoothly and Fabio did a great job working with us by phone and his prices were fair and honest. We then contracted with Fabio to install and finish over 2100 sq feet of oak hardwood flooring. Fabio then returned to do some drywall and spackle for another project we hadnt completed and he also also installed molding and trim throughout our home. Fabio has been a pleasure to work with and completely professional. He has always listened to our opinions, worked with us as we made adjustments to our chosen color of hardwood floor finish and returned to complete our homes trim and molding recently. He was always prompt and if he said he'd be over TODAY, he was there! We can definitely say that Angies List was an invaluable resource and we are very happy to have found Construction by Fabio! Fabio has also been a referral source for plumbing as well as electric contractors, all of whom have been professional and delivered great work at good fair prices. We are extremely happy with Fabio's work and will use his services for future projects. Thank you Fabio for becoming a friend and helping us to complete our dream home!

We had water damage due to some broken pipes and our two bathrooms were a mess. Fabio did such a fantastic job replacing the sheetrock, spackling and sanding, that after I painted, you would never know that there was ever a problem with any of my walls. They are so smooth and perfect and I am thrilled. Fabio not only did a great job but he was on time, worked very hard and I never even saw him taking a break. He has a good attitude and is easy to work with. He cleaned up and took all the mess with him. He is easy to get in touch with, call him, text him or email him. He gets in touch quite fast. I will be contacting him again tomorrow to schedule an appointment to put a new roof on my house. I have no complaints.

Fabio was extremely professional and came over the same day that I called him, after the contractor we hired to re-do our kitchen destroyed our walls. Fabio checked over the botched job and explained everything to me about redoing the damage that had been done. He even was willing to start the next day if we needed him to. He is very knowledgeable and even sent out an estimate that same day and tons of pictures of his work. Unfortunately, at the point we are at we could not find the money in our budget to have our walls repaired by Fabio. We did find his price to be fair and reasonable and would have hired him on the spot if the budget allowed. When we redo our bathrooms, we do plan on calling Fabio first. So while we did not end up hiring him, we absolutely felt comfortable enough with him that we would not hesitate to use his services for future projects.

the taping on the drywall was peeling away from our 12year old townhouse, both on the walls and ceiling. Called Fabio from a review on Angie's list. He was very responsive to our call, coming over when he said he would and completed the job in less than 2 days. i cannot comment on the price for we did not seek other bids, but it was certainly a job that i could not do and in the end you could not see any evidence of repairs, so for me it was well worth it. Fabio had a very business like attitude, which i like, and did a very professional job. I would hire him again and in fact provided his name to a fiend in need of similar work...

It went great. Fabio has a great personality and has a great customer relationship skills. Now that's he's finished, when I paint, if I find any imperfections, Fabio said at least twice when he was being paid to call him back for the work. I saw a drywall job on Flipping: Las Vegas and in one of their high-end flips, they were talking about a "Class 5" drywall job. One of the reasons I hired Fabio was his comment about using a light to inspect the final finish. This is the method that a Class 5 drywall finisher will use to make sure the finish is perfect. Fabio wanted no money up front and specifically said he didn't want to be paid until he was finished. Now, I only needed finishing and not drywall to be purchased and installed, but a contractor who is willing to wait until he is finished is a rare occurrence. So, if you're doing a job on any of your main rooms where you want a flawlessly finished drywall job, Fabio and his team is whom you want to hire. If you want to save money, save it on your basement where you won't notice the imperfections of a lesser contractor.

Fabiola and his crew did a great job. They got my 45 year old walls looking like new. Will be using them again for future projects.

They were very good and polite.

Their prices are reasonable. They were on-time and they cleaned up well after themselves each day. They completed the work on-time. The communication was excellent and the owner even came out to check on their progress. I would recommend their services to others.

Fabio was punctual,courteous ,and performed all tasks to a high standard.Called him Tuesday he came Wednesday for estimate & due to my schedule, he did work on Sunday. Have more work in future and will call him again.

It was excellent. He was here when he said he was going to be. He is a very hard worker and did a great job. I have used him multiple times.

I thought Fabio presented himself well and was punctual.he just gave me a high estimate, another contractor beat him out by several hundred dollars.

From the beginning we were very comfortable with Fabio. After searching on Angie's List we came across his profile and reviews and are happy to say we concur with all the good words others have said about his services. He came to our house 2 times before we decided to move forward. He was patient and answered all our questions even with his family in the car as they were returning from church. We had the sense right away he was someone we could trust and his work product was outstanding. He was easy to contact, reasonably priced and finished the job before expected! You can't ask for much more than that! We would certainly recommend Fabio to family, friends and Angie's List members

My in-laws place was affected by the storm Sandy. In calling for estimates for drywall work, most contractors either could not get to the job until late summer, or thought the job 'too small'. Mr Garibaldi worked with me to get to the job promptly, beginning and finishing within 3 days. I am grateful in that I can continue the renovation and be complete before the summer months. I enjoyed working with Mr Garibaldi.

Fabio was very knowledgeable. He gave very good recommendations during the initial estimate. Will have him do additional work in the future.

He was pretty fairly fast with his quote so he was okay but it was just a little too high. I do not consider using him or getting a quote from him in the future.

I initially selected another contractor on the basis of his estimate to paint the building interior. The selected contractor made three visits and measured the building each time. Each time the size and price changed. Dropped that option. I called Fabio and asked if he could still do the job. Answer was yes. Quick start, work was done as scheduled.

I guess my job sounded too small. I wish he had just said so.

I attempted hanging some drywall on my own and realized wasn't as easy as I thought and was taking a lot of time which I didn't have. So I contacted Fabio, and he came out the next take for an estimate and agreed on a start date. Every day Fabio and his men came early and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. The finished work looks great and my project is back on track. I would recommend Fabio to other Angielist members as well as my family and friends.

Fabio and his associate Mario came on time, actually, they were about 20 minutes early. They installed my sheetrock, did all necessary taping, and gluing. They waited for the spackle to dry, and put on another coat. They cleaned up after themselves, left a fan in the room facing the ceiling to dry it well. Fabio then arrived promptly again the next morning to finish off with sanding. He cleaned up after himself. And the ceiling looks very good.

Overall, the repair of the cracks was acceptable and appeared to be professionally done. However, he lacked sufficient drop cloths to protect carpeting and furniture, and under the work areas. The clean-up effort was minimal. We feel that the price was somewhat expensive. Overall, we are satisfied with the drywall repair, but found that clean-up effort was minimal.

I contacted Fabio Garabaldi out of the blue on a Saturday the week before Christmas to inquire about a job, within one hour he was at my house to look over the job in order to give me an estimate. After looking over what I wanted he left and had an estimate for me that night via email. I gave him my phone number and he kept me updated on things via text and email. On the days he worked he showed up on time and got right down to business. The work was completed in the days he promised on schedule. The job was performed on the days I asked to accomidate my schedule. I originally asked him to repair a ceiling (replace drywall) and give me an esimate on another small project. Fabio suggested to me the most cost efficiant way to do the job. After finishing the main job I asked him back to do the second project. Fabio is all business and wants to ge the work done. No delays or excuses.

I called Fabio and explained to him that the bedroom ceiling collapsed from a roof leak and that this needed to be repaired asap as the house was sold and was to have closed one week later. Not only did Fabio get to the house for a quick estimate, he arrived on the day I requested to start the project! Fabio was a pleasure to work with. He is courteous, professional, and is an extremely hard worker! Not only did he have to replace the ceiling but also the insulation as well. Also, he made his recommendations to replace a portion of the outside wall above the window that was damaged too. The repairs listed below were all completed within 3 days: 1. removal of entire ceiling and insulation 2. insulation replaced 3. sheet rock replaced 4 ceiling and wall taped and spackled 5. ceiling and entire bedroom walls painted 6. room debris cleaned up I highly recommend Fabio and would definitely use him again on any sheet rock/painting project. His spackeling was perfect with no visible seams or imperfections anywhere! Do not hesitate to call him on your next project or repair! Jeanne
