Dover Oil Co

They are the company we get our oil from. We used them because we found out that we actually had a warranty or password or something so we didn't have to pay for it. It was part of our contract. They provide our heating oil and some part of the service that they provide was included in our contract so we paid a fraction of the cost of what we would have ended up paying if we would have used an outside company. Initially they came out to look because we weren't getting heat and that was what we didn't have to pay for. When they did the assessment, it was determined that we needed a new boiler so we ended up getting a new boiler. We had to actually pay for the boiler but we didn't have to pay for the delivery and the number of services we had because we got it from that company. They actually did great initially but they kind of messed up along the way because they installed the boiler and everything like that. For whatever reason at that time when they installed the boiler, they were supposed to come back to pick up the old boiler because that was part of the service where they pick the old boiler and discard and we didn't have to pay for that. I guess they didn't have room for it in the truck they had so they were supposed to come back and get it. That was in 2011 and its still there. The old boiler is sitting there and it really needs to be removed. It's been two years and I have called them may be three or four times and they are yet to come and get it. I've never had a problem getting a hold of them but the initial service and responsiveness was great, it's just now getting them to come back to get the oil boiler is not so great. We probably will use them because we have a contract with them so it will eliminate a lot of the cost.

I live in a mobile home and I'd heard from neighbors that the best way to avoid trouble with central air conditioners was to ensure that the central air conditioner I bought was meant for a mobile home. The person who'd repaired my air conditioner over the years was not really interested in installing a new one, but he suggested I check with the office of the neighboring Mobile Home Park to ask for recommendations. I called and they wholeheartedly recommended Dover Oil Company. As stated, the Dover Oil person showed up within a half and hour of my call. He agreed that I should have a central air conditioner unit specifically for a mobile home. His estimate was the same as the repair person's estimate. He said he could have the air conditioner within 4 days and he did. The new central air conditioner makes less noise, uses less electricity to run and works much better than the older one. It even extracts humidity from the air. I have had no problem with it since installation and I would use Dover Oil Company again.
