Project took well over a month to complete. I failed several inspections because I scheduled the inspectors after be promised that the job would be completed and wasn't. There were several no shows, no calls by workers. Trim workmanship was average at best and had to be redone several times. Windows leaked at the installation and had to be repaired. Material quantities were ordered incorrectly which caused additional delays. Very poor communication. It was / is difficult to get a response back when calling or texting. Workers on site had the same problem getting in touch with the owner. Still waiting for a call back, after several calls / texts, to fix an issue with another window. I do not recommend that you use Double K for any project you have.

I called because I had another issue with the roof on Friday. He asked if I was home that he'd be right over. He never came, two days later he called to say he'd be here on Sunday and never came. I called again apologized and he promised to be here that day. No response. I finally hired Real Roofers who came that day.

The service was good. The quality of work was excellent, and the price was extremely competitive. They were very responsive. They did a fine job, and cleaned up everything.

It wasn't a very easy job because I have a high peaked roof, and a chimney. They trimmed all the windows in white, and also trimmed the whole house in white. It took a lot of skill to do my house since it isn't just a square. They guarantee their work. It now looks like a brand new house.
