Description of Work: After a frustrating call with the service provider where every detail had to be repeated at least twice he refused to perform the work due to the small scope of the work in combination with the work. Seems silly to create a deal for 2 hrs if you don't want to do it.

Description of Work: There were no services performed. After multiple appts he was a no show on all of them. Service purchased 9/18/2012. Multiple appts were canceled by him. Today 12/2/2012 we were scheduled for 9:00am appt. No show. I called him and he forgot about the appt. I would like my 319.00 returned to me.
