I was satisfied with the price and everything else. So far I haven't seen an ground hog this year. I think they just got lucky. Yes, they put a trap out there with some bait in it. When they get trapped, they take them away. They don't kill them, they take them away somewhere to survive.

The problem was I wanted them to give me the cat to get it fixed and they wouldn't. The price wasn't that low. It was rather high. They put a trap up. Initially the cat went in it, but he came out again. He had wired the cage to the garage. I wanted him to unwire it so I could take it to the vet. I was talking to the vet he said if he left them in the cage it would go crazy. I said I want the cat removed he said no. I took it over to the vet to get it checked out. I tried to adopt it. It finally died. I wanted to give it a shot. They didn't do what I wanted them to do. I didn't have a problem with punctuality. They could improve on responsiveness to what I want. They came the same day or next day to set the trap up so I could get the cat trapped. When the trap went off and the cat wasn't in there they did come over and reset it.

They worked very hard and did a very good job. I have no problem with them. They worked in the attic and it was a blistering hot summer. They did very good. It went through my insurance. I didn't compare prices. There was one person that his foot went through my ceiling and they repaired it. It was an accident. They were in an attic. It was something he couldn't help, but they repaired it no problem. Their quality of service was very good. There were several men that came here to work and everyone of them were very nice. I would recommend them. They were punctual.

Went well ..although attempts to contact the service provider when the critters intially returned were unsuccessful It appears that the intial attempts to force them to leave was successful however animals returned to remove food store or babies

I like them, they're really good. They were very responsive. Make sure you use rob as a sales person, he's a straight shooter. Keep an eye on the workers while their working. They were good but I told them to do one thing that was very important and they didn't do it at all that way. I had to call Rob, Rob had to reprimand them and they had to re do it all. So that was very annoying to me and that was a possible exposure to my house and myself. That's what got me so concerned other then that when they did fix that I was okay with it. It should have never happened in the first place.

They were very thorough and did an excellent job. It looks like nothing ever happened! Rob went above and beyond to work with the insurance company so that we could get some compensation.

Fabulous. Very caring. In fact, there was another means of entry which I found after the work had been done. They came out and immediately took care of that. I cannot recall the gentleman's name, but he was fabulous, caring, explained everything, took pictures, assured me that the squirrels would not be harmed or trapped, etc. Highly recommend these folks.

The service was provided by Ed Roth of Critter Control. Very prompt and courteous and returned calls promptly. Provided a detaled written estimate on work needed thru E-Mail. Answered questions without hesitation. Pointed out all the areas that he considered potential trouble spots. Very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend to others and use again.

Everything went very well. The staff was extremely professional. They responded to all of our inquiries and made several follow-up visits to ensure satisfaction. When the issue was first discovered we had terminex come in, all they did was put out traps and look around. Critter Control did a full inspection, sealed all entry/exit points that the rodents may have been accessing, set new traps. When the issue was resolved the crew did a full clean up of the attic, removed old insulation and completely re-insulated the attic. Everything went great.

We called Evan at Critter Control on Sunday Morning at 8:30 am. He picked up right away and I explained our issue. He told me that he would have someone come over by 9:30 am and explained the procedure and the cost which was $299 + tax. The person showed up on time and set a trap where we last saw the raccoon, we caught it the first night! They returned early Monday and took the critter away. They were very nice and professional and the price was in-line with other service. I would highly recommend them.
