good, once I located their offices

The service was delayed for three weeks. While the technician was courteous and efficient, Comcast did not acknowledge loss of service for landline phone for a month. The WiFi frequently malfunctions. We are unable to get satisfaction from telephone conversations.

I went with them because of their price. I like them. I got in touch with them three months ago because I was thinking of probably changing the contract. The service itself is good and with them there are very few interruptions compared to the service provider we had earlier.

They are the only providers available in my area. I will continue to use them until someone better comes along.

So far we don't have any problem with them yet.

We have no problem with them. We pay them monthly. We thought about getting a dish television but since we live in a town house and hooks would have to jump through it so we thought that it’s not worth it; so we decided to stay with Comcast. They are priced very high. Their response is good because normally when we call we get the help. They are there at the time they say they will be. They are very good at being punctual and train their people very well too.

Comcast has an up and down service. One day they are great and the next day they are down. They have the remotes there. The people who talk to us is not local and that is problematic I think. But the service people are local which is fine. Probably the biggest problem is when we have a problem and we call them they think it is a problem in our end and then they take their time to realize that the problem is at their end and not at our end. This has been the case for many years and they have not changed. We have had the opportunity to change to other providers for TV services but the rest of the services are pretty high to come by. Comcast is packaged very well and they are the biggest provider and that is biggest advantage they have. In total their service is pretty good. In terms of up time, but they are not quick to respond which is not acceptable. Sometimes I have a service date of 3 to 5 days is the soonest they can get to you which is not acceptable when they have internet service and telephone all with one provider. Their actual service itself is pretty good. They are there on time when they say so. They are pretty good in terms of how they treat the customer when they are talking to them. They are trained well talking to a high rate customer which I am. They do a pretty good job of that. We have not changed so I guess we will continue to use them.

I had it reduced from $160+ and had it reduced to $97. Their service is A, but, they charged me for things I didn't use. For pricing, I would give them about a C.

The person that came out was thorough and personable. He made sure that everything was working before he left. It is convenient to have all of our services on one bill, and they provided a good bundle rate to have it.

I was very pleased with the service I had with Comcast. I only changed providers due to moving. I feel the price was good for the services I had with them also.

The installation was fine. The technical side of it seems to be good. They are the only service provider in my development. They did a good job of installation and getting it all set up. There are a lot of little technical issues happening with my stuff. The overall experience is good. I will continue to use this provider.

I have not had any problems but there is nothing too outstanding about the service.

The work was very simple. They have a monopoly in this area. The problem was not that they didn't respond when they said they were going to do, but it was when they responded, we had to go through 4 guys before we finally got a man who could do it. Everybody said that's the way the television is. It took us a little time to get it fixed. I told them they were the doing it unsuccessfully. The quality of the work depends on the skill of the guy they send. Their telephone system is not up to the speed. Eventually, you will get hold of someone; but it is not done in a timely fashion.

They are fine. I am happy with them. They are good. I have been with them for 22 years.

Their service can't be beat. They are excellent. We wish we could use them again. We moved and their services are not offered at our new location. If you called in the morning, they would have someone come out that same afternoon.

My overall experience with them has been excellent.
