Bryan and his team did an excellent job. We had dark wood doors and trim throughout our home that was painted white. We love it. It was like walking into a new home. The work was meticulous and the painters were professional and courteous .

We were impressed by the franchise owner's promptness, courtesy, responsiveness, and thoroughness. We particularly appreciated getting the estimate immediately! The painting crew was very polite and efficient. They made every effort to give us exactly what we wanted, as in border colors, precision on trim, etc.

on initial consultation we asked specifically about how our porch would be cleaned since it has a rug on the floor, we were told this part would be hand washed which is what we wanted to hear. when the workers arrived there was no supervisor and the i explainedworkers spoke limited english. i explained to the man on the porch that we wanted that room hand washed so the rug wouldnt get soaked, he acknowledged me that he understood. my husband told them the same thing. they powerwashed the outside and when i checked on them we discovered they had powerwashed the porch and my rg was underwater. i called the office and they put me in touch with jeremy who came out and told me to leave it to dry and if it was still wet they wouldcome with a wet dry vac.the next day it was still soaked. on wednesday the paint was delivered and it was the wrong sheen. we called the office and once again jeremy called. he told me the paint we received was much more durable, i then told him my husband worked with paints for 8 years and what he was saying was not true and we didnt want what we got. the correct paint was delivered. jeremy came by later and we discussed the rug again which was still soaked, he said he would come back later to try a wet dry vac. we agreed to that, needless to say the workers finished and left at the end of the day and our rug was never dried. it took a week until we could put our furniture back. jeremy never showed up and they didnt try to resolve the issue, the paint job looks good.

Took way too long and required a great deal of my personal time to supervise the painters. When I complained they threatened to cancel the job in mid stream. Very disorganized and unprofessional.

They did an excellent job. No problems. I would highly recommend them

Terrific job Attention to detail, professional, excellent clean up

This was an excellent experience. The painters were punctual, polite extremely neat and did an excellent job. I have absolutely no criticism of Certa Pro painters and look forward to using them again.

On 04/17/2015, Jeremiah came to my home and appeared very professional.I asked him about painting a bedroom, removing wallpaper on one wall and repairing damage in a closet.Also painting a second bedroom and trim and 4 doors in hallway.He took room measurements and said he would email proposal in a few days.I received proposal on 04/20/2015 and there was an error and I also had a question about upgrading the quality of paint. I called office, spoke to Jennifer who corrected the error and said she would speak to Peter (owner) about additional cost for better paint and get back to me.I never heard from her, so I called her again on 04/27/2015 and she said Peter never got back to her with additional cost, but she would see him that morning and get back to me by noon that day. I never heard from her again.If they don't want to work , they should not have wasted my time and prepared a proposal and then ignored me. I will be sure to never recommend them to anyone.

They painted my kitchen cabinets from a very grainy oak to a beautiful ivory that I picked out. They arrived on time and started and worked all day. The whole process took 3 days and they were on time, courteous and professional. Jeramiah was the project manager and made sure that I was happy with everything. They even fixed an imperfection in my ceiling that was not included in my contract!!! I would highly recommend them, I am very hard to please, but these guys were great!!! My kitchen looks amazing. So for anyone who is thinking of painting their cabinets, call these guys, you won't regret it. The reason I gave them a B on the price, is because I did get 2 other estimates, one was higher, one was lower, but Peter , who I think is the owner, sent me his license, insurance, references, and pictures. Everything you need to make sure your not getting ripped off!!

They did a great job! Super friendly crew...they were always on time. They were respectful of our property and the inconvenience to our family was minimal. Great attention to detail ! I would definitely use them again!

This was truly one of the most painless and pleasant vendor experiences we have ever had. We also have a home in Florida and have used numbers of vendors of all types over the years. Certa Pro/ Brick, NJ is the most professionally competent providers we have ever worked with. The volume of work that needed to be done was enormous. The amount of scraping and peeling that needed to be done amounted to fully 50% of the house. There was a work crew of 8 men who, at times, worked up to 12 hours a day (!!!) arriving at 7:30am and leaving at 7:30pm. They literally swarmed all over the house and attacked it to get it done in 6 days. There were days that 5 or 6 men showed up but they paced themselves around a very rainy start to the month of June. I cannot say enough about the integrity of the men who worked here. There were times my husband and I needed to leave the house to run some errands. Doors were open and unlocked to allow them to continue to use the half bath on the first floor. I never gave it a thought as to leaving the house unattended. The clean-up at the end of each day was awesome. There was no stray equipment or drop cloths or paint chips left behind. The end product is remarkable. It truly looks like a new house. The white trim againt the darker tan shingles just glistens. There was a final walk-around to be sure we were totally pleased with every detail and there was nothing else left to touch up. The manager of the job noticed a couple of things that we didn't even see. He took care of them immediately. There is no question that we will use them again to paint the inside of our home. They are sensational to deal with and their work is beyond excellent.

Should have primed over dark color first. Had to do several coats of paint on walls to cover dark color. Could have used one more coat of paint but I didn't want to be held up any longer, as it was, they were here two days. The workers were professional, the painting was done well and the area cleaned up when completed.

Nothing to report. Vendor did not get back to me at all.

CertaPro Painters of Brick was recommended to me and I can see why. Peter Struble has a professional crew that provides quality workmanship and service. Peter himself came to take the measurements and gave me an estimate that outlined a full description of the service I was purchasing-prep work, two coats of paint and a color consultation to assist me in choice of colors as well as a list of recommendations. On the work day, the coordinator was on-site to confirm the scope of work and paint colors and get the crew started. A 5 person crew completed the job in one day. The crew chief inspected the work with me. A follow-up visit was arranged so that after a wood floor was installed, the quarter round would get a final coat. CertaPro Painters of Brick was an excellent choice. They did a very professional job. I was very pleased with the results.

We are absolutely thrilled and extremely impressed with CertaPro Painter's, Peter Struble the GM/Owner of the company was very up-front and most of all honest with us from the very beginning. Peter made everything go so easy and the price quote were very affordable. Susan Schork who is the color and decor sales expert, recommended using molding around the edging of the walls this proved to be most impressive along with a two tone colors for the inner positions of the ceilings. We absolutely love the detailed trim work, especially around our bed room ceiling, the master bathroom looks outstanding; all the rooms look like pictures out of a magazine... Most importantly, it was so wonderful to work with both of them, always offering information and even guidance on tough decisions regarding colors and trim work. Their supervisor Memeth was outstanding, as well as every member of his crew they were so polite, courteous and professional in coordinating and performing the work. Each time we modified or added to the plan, they positively evolved better ideas. Our favorite thing was, even though the job was completed and all were gone, Peter returned a few days later to personally address any of our concerns, That type of attention to detail and pride in your finished product is rare these days. We had a good time. I served them coffee. They made our house look beautiful. They above and beyond the call of duty. They had pleasant personalities. I even had a delivery from Lowes I was waiting for at the same time they were here. I even asked them to wait to perform on some of the work because I was waiting on someone to come and look at the house before they fixed the walls. They didn't say boo to me about that they just waited patiently and politely. They had so much respect for me. This was the most pleasant group of contractors I have ever worked with in my entire life. Thanks guys for making my life a joy today!

Peter came took pictures of every room and wrote down everything I told them I needed. There was a lot of patching to do which I pointed out. I was told and charges for two coats of painting and was told that every fixture would be removed before walls and ceiling were to be painted. At this time I had a lot of contractors in my home. They started when they said they would first room they started painting without fixing any of the nail holes or nail pops, I was told that they put the color on first to show the imperfections. I have had other painters in my previous homes and never did they paint first and fix later. I was told that they could not work around the other contractors that it was disturbing the flow of the painter. So they decided to paint the upstairs where really there was no work going on in the bedrooms. Well I have holes that were painted over nail pops that are showing where they Spackle you can see the patch job in most case'snothing was sanded out. My hall light fixtures were never taken down which I did not realize until went to change the fixture. They did not prime the walls as promised hallway has dings and dents etc One half wall in kitchen was missed and they never tape the around NEW kitchen cabinets which had paint on them. When my contractor spoke with Peter about the walls being prep he was totaled that the were (3) levels of prepping I an did not pay for the better one, when I pulled out my contract there was NEVER anything in it about different levels of prepping and ALL the pictures that he took when giving the estimate with the problems were there. Certa Pro may be OK if you have smooth walls that do not need any priming and one or two rooms but for the job that they did and I do have pictures of There Finished work it was to big for them. I was told that I had there A Team of painters well if that was the A Team I would be really frighten to see the B and C Team. They did not miss one light socket or switch in my home every switch has paint on them. I was told by Peter that I would get a call after the holidays and he and one of his painters would come back an fix the problems. It is February and I have not received any call. I really should have held 1000.00 and not paid them. Shame on me for that. I am in the process of looking for a new painter. Pictures will follow. Just because you put a painter brush in a mans hand does not make him a PAINTER

The experience from start to end was very professional. They delivered exactly what promised. Very polite, professional and neat workers. There wasn't a stray drop of paint anywhere when they were done. The owners of the company came by many times during the day to check out how the job was progressing. My house looks beautiful. I would recommend them highly.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE!!!! THE WORST COMPANY POSSIBLY OUT THERE. PEOPLE DON'T BE FOOLED LIKE WE WERE. PETER STRUBLE CAME INTO MY HOME LOOKING & "ACTING" VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT THEN WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO ACTUALLY DOING THE JOB THEY COULDN'T PERFORM. I ACCEPTED PETER'S PROPOSAL & CONTRACT TO PAINT THE INTERIOR & EXTERIOR OF MY HOME. PETER THEN SCHEDULED FOR PARKHILLS TO COME INTO MY HOME TO GO OVER EVERYTHING & BRING PAINT SAMPLES TO HELP CHOOSE COLORS FOR INTERIOR. PARKHILLS PAINTED 6 DIFFERENT COLORS OF SWATCHES ON 4 DIFFERENT WALLS. HE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME, HE WOULD CONTACT ME IN A FEW DAYS FOR MY COLOR CHOICE & GIVE ME START DATE. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM IN A FEW DAYS BUT A WEEK LATER. PARKHILLS PROCEEDS TO TELL ME OVER THE PHONE THAT HE COULDN'T DO THE JOB BECAUSE THEY HIGHLY UNDERBID THE JOB. IN REALITY, THEY ARE NOT ACTUALLY A PAINTING COMPANY BUT SUBCONTRACT OUT TO DO THE PAINTING. I AM FURIOUS BECAUSE FOR PARKHILLS TO SAY THEY UNDERBIDDED THE JOB, HE ALREADY KNEW HE UNDERBIDDED THE JOB BEFORE HE PAINTED SEVERAL COLORS ALL OVER MY WALLS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO DO ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE!

I had about 10 different companies come out to give me estimates over the course of a couple weeks. I went a little Angie's List crazy and just kept requesting estimates from companies I came across. In all honesty I found Certa Pro by accident doing a google search because they didn't have any reviews on Angie's List at that time. Certa was one of the last companies to come out and I almost didn't have them come out because I thought how could a national company (franchise) compete with quotes I was getting from smaller two-man crews. I scheduled my appointment and received a call from Parkhill confirming the appointment and he showed up on time, in a company car and dressed in like an executive in a company shirt - he made me very comfortable having him on my property and in my house with a wife and two little girls home. I can't stress enough how professional Parkhill was throughout the quoting process. Unlike some of the other companies that gave me quotes on the back of business cards, Parkhill gave me a verbal quote and then had a 3-page PDF emailed to me laying out exactly what we discussed and how much it would cost. He came in $500 more than the lowest "bidder", who seemed to be a jack-of-all-trades guy who worked out of his home. needless to say I felt way more comfortable going with Certa Pro. These guys started the day they said they would and at the end of each workday the foreman discussed what was done that day. On top of that I would receive an email from Parkhill each night laying out what was done and what needed to be done. Parkhill visited my house everyday and at one point during the process I pointed out something one of the guy's had missed and it was corrected immediately. He didn't try to nickel and dime me at all throughout the process and he actually lowered his cost on one part of the quote because it took significantly less time than he had originally estimated. The icing on the cake was that Certa offers a 12-month, no money down, no payments option, which the "mom and pops" couldn't offer. This was huge for me because we just moved into the house and we have money flying out the door. This is the longest review I've ever written because I could go on and on about how great the experience was with Certa and Parkhill in particular. I think the reason I had so many companies come out to quote me is because I didn't feel comfortable or confident with the quality of work we were going to receive or if the guys would even show. After Parkhill came out I actually canceled my last two appointments for quotes and knew this was the company I wanted to use. You would be crazy not to call Parkhill and have him quote you on a job.

The work when extremely well and we very pleased with the job done.
