Jim came to clean my chimney. I ended up using him by his suggestion to replace the entire cap of our chimney. The work was great, but shortly after I noticed that my roof was leaking into my attic. After calling the company that replaced our entire roof one month before Jim came to do the cap, they showed me pictures that there was holes in my brand new shingles all around the chimney, clearly from scaffolding. Jim told me initially before doing the work, he told me that they would put up scaffolding for safety, but neglected to tell me there would be screw holes in my brand new roof. I had to call 4 times, got attitude from the woman who answers the phone, then finally got a 3 short, poorly sentenced email from Jim trying to claim that they only use ladders and the holes were not from him. It cost me $400 to replace the shingles and fix the leak he caused. He clearly did not care at all.

Great! Indoor and outdoor chimney service was professionally completed on two different days, at a fair price.

They came when they were supposed to. They did not finish the job. They destroyed my dryer vent, and left. They didn't tell me what they were doing before they did it. They said they would come back the following Monday to fix it because the vent had been taken out of where it was supposed to be. Then, they called me and told me that they couldn't do it, so they left me hanging. I told them to be prepared to move the dryer out of the closet, but they did not do that, which is probably what caused the whole problem. The dryer vent did not get cleaned out the way it was supposed to be. The builder of my house came and helped me. He found that there was still a lot of stuff in the vent, which he pulled out. They just left me hanging, and I really still want my money back. I am extremely disappointed. I had to pay another $200. to have it repaired.

Furnace conversion required lining the chimney with stainless steel. They were very professional and timely in getting the job done.
