The installation went fine. The life time guarantee is what I’m disappointed with. The blinds are causing a white stripe from top to bottom on the glass in 3 areas. I cannot open the blinds unless I’m willing to look at these very distracting white stripes. I called and was told nothing they can do. Company went out of business. Have a piece of glass cut to replace the sealed damaged glass. Lifetime guarantee, not!

One storm later entire roof leaking all my new wicker furniture, rug, tables, curtains soaking wet. I have no idea what that kid rolled out on my roof ? But thank you to owner for returning my $500 and windows did not leak once they were put into correct places …. Now just have to keep my furniture under tarps and curtains down until I can find a reliable roofer

First let’s set the record straight about the roof. Yes it was leaking when you came to give me an estimate for the job in the winter. You were going to call a roofer you knew to do the job, I repeatedly called once we knew the windows were in if a roofer was contacted and I was told your company would take care of it when doing the windows. So initially it simply received a bandaid for $500 of a spray and tape. So the roof did become your issue to address since it was done unsatisfactorily the first time. According to your “professional crew person” who yelled from my roof top in the phone to you it needed an abortion. I must give credit to you though for contacting me and coming back out to address the problems again. Believe me it was not a pleasant day to say the least . I understand the worker who did the 1st install was fired but why on the second trip out (which included you) did no one recognize the fact that the windows were placed into the wrong framework .Now on your third visit this crew realizes the windows were not put in correctly and the entire job from day one has been ripped out and windows are being moved around like checker pieces into the right places and I have one crew member complaining about what an awful job was done previously and “f bombing” for lack of a better term from his vulgar mouth that he should have been on the job the first time and it would have been done right . He actually cursed and complained he had no patience for this job…well I am the customer I didn’t screw it up so why do I deserve your disrespect. Company also states family of veterans well where was the respect for my husband who is a veteran when this “immature “ worker would not even give him the time of day upon arrival this morning when my husband attempted to show him pictures of leakage and show him the caulking problems. He had no regard for what he tried to show him , just walked away and started barking orders at the other two crew members who had to work with him . This worker was so unprofessional and his attitude was uncalled for. If I had been given notice that they would be tearing out every window they had put in than my husband and I would have prepped the porch and patio prior to their arrival so this juvenile did not have to curse under his breath and throw a temper tantrum that we were not prepared. Believe me I wish I had known because now I have two flower pots broken and a craft bought solar light with sand and seashells in it smashed to bits . I can only pray that this is the end of this debacle ! 5 stars go to Vera though who answers the phone… she is so polite, respectful, answers any questions you may have, returns phone calls for the company and tried to reassure me that I would be ok while this discourteous and hot headed worker was at my home, whom she apologized for, which she shouldn’t have to do. The apology should have come from him!

A waste of $4300 owner very convincing about professionalism but installation shotty are best. Caulking awful Each window installed and finished off differently yet measurements taken day of estimate. Had to have owner come out to “fix” the lousy job and here it is a month later one window still leaks as well as the foundation seal and the roof is now leaking 😞 so disappointed

Product was as I expected.the installers were very professional.have other windows to replace next year.am going to use them again.

Company was very argumentative when I told them I wasn't pleased. They did try to make amends to me but their handy man wasn't familiar with window installation. The caulking he replaced on the windows looks 100% better.

All went smoothly from Showroom to installation. Phone calls were promptly returned. No hard sell. Listened to what I wanted and helped in my decision without trying to add mre cost to my order. Total cooperation with delivery & installation. Installers were punctual, professional & personable doing quality work & cleanup, moving furniture out & back with care. I highly recommend Built-Rite Windows.

I called built rite and the following day someone from built rite arrived on time and provided me with an estimate which I agreed to. Several weeks later the windows were installed. One of the frames was damaged and the installer immediately notified the office. Several weeks later the damaged window frame was replaced. They professionals. You can tell that they have been doing this for a long time.

I had Built-Rite install a front door w/ storm door, a rear slider, and a bay window in April 2009. I was very happy with the salesperson and the installers. The price was very reasonable for an excellent product. Our energy expenses went down dramatically. This Oct., the latch broke and they came out and repaired it as well as gave me paint for some scratches on the door. They still take care of their customers after these 4 years.

They put me on a list and kept me informed. They didn't overcharge me, either. They were the only ones that kept their price the same after Hurricane Sandy.

I think, their prices are good. I recommended them to neighbors, and two neighbors got their houses done by this company. They were very good!

The service was very good. The deck is big and its design on is really beautiful.
