Totally excellent service in every way! Just as quick as we submitted our project online, the phone rang, it was Nate from Always Pure Well Drilling, LLC. We were instantly amazed. Our Autotrol water conditioner had broken down, it was awful! We were getting loads of iron rust in our water, it was staining our toilets, sinks, laundry, everything it touched. Nate immediately understood our problem and fixed our system same day. He did a GREAT JOB! Thank God our water is now running clean and clear! He had so much patience with our questions and also gave us a very fair price. THANK YOU NATE!!!

I continue to be amazed at contractors who refuse to return phone calls. They must be busy. That's good for them, but have the courtesy to call me back and tell me so. Always Pure not only returned my call right away, but then did a fabulous job on the work needed. Parts are parts. Price matters. But for my money, Customer Service is the #1 I look for. Always Pure wins in this regard hands down. Hire them.
