ALL STAR GARAGE DOOR AND OPENER

I recently hired All Star Garage Door and Opener to replace my doors. I made it clear which doors I wanted, but the ones they installed were different. They said it was just a trim difference, but when I checked with the manufacturer, I found out that the new doors had much less insulation and were cheaper than what I paid for. As a senior citizen, I feel like I was taken advantage of. The contractor even promised to refund some of the money, but they never did, and now they won't return my calls. I want others to be cautious about hiring this company. It's really upsetting that someone would exploit an older person like this.

. Everything went smooth and was done in a timely fashion. He didn't leave a mess behind and was very professional. He made sure I knew how everything worked before he left which is a huge plus. He also reminded me that I could call him at any time in the future with questions or concerns. I would use All Star again and recommend them to everyone.
