Steve was very responsive to my initial inquiry for service. On the day of the appointment he was there 20 minutes early. The inspection was lengthy but he went into detail of each room of the home. The inspection report presented was very in depth. This is the kind of company you need when purchasing a home in order to have your best interests looked out for. I also chose to have the Termite Inspection completed through a company that Steve works with. The company arrived during the home inspection and completed the full termite/pest inspection. Report was issued the same evening. I highly recommend All American to anyone in need of a home inspection services. You will not be disappointed.

Steve was insightful, professional and verbally explained and showed issues that were identified as he worked his way through the interior and exterior of the home. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about both of the homes Steve inspected. He answered each question and provided me with information I would not have known about.
