A&C Sprinkler LLC

After receiving subpar work and constantly not getting things right for several years such as setting the sprinklers to only 1 .5 minutes instead of 15 minutes and forgetting to turn some of my zones on, sprinkler heads constantly breaking, they decided I cant renew my contract because there is a very strict deadline to do so. I left 3 messages in the past 2 months which were also never returned. I was a good customer who bought a sprinkler system from them as well as a new pump for my well, I was also planning to have them drill a new well for me this year. Stay away from A&C not worth the headache

Yesterday, A&C came to my house to open the sprinkler system. Unfortunately, it was pouring rain and the crew was clearly interested in doing as little as possible. I don't blame them and was willing to reschedule the appointment as long as they were able to return in a couple of days. They assured me they "have service trucks in the neighborhood all the time" and would be able to come back before the end of the week. They further assured me they would have the office call later in the day or the following morning to set up a new time. Well, as I pretty much expected, no one called, so I called them. They informed me the earliest they would be able to come back was approximately 6 weeks from now. This is absurd that I should have to do without a fully functioning sprinkler system for that long a time. Had I known I would have had to wait that long I would have insisted the workers finish the job yesterday- rain or no rain. Basically all they did was screw in a plug and check only half the zones I have. They marked some bad sprinkler heads but none of the defective heads were repaired and the other half of my zones weren't even examined. So this is the kind of service I can expect when I sign a service contract with them? Never again. I am done with A&C.

The work was done as neatly as possible, considering that a whole new sprinkler system was run through an existing yard. They did a great job, taking extra care around wiring and plants. There was one problem I found a week after testing everything with them. They came right out to check it out, and they're scheduling a time to fix it. I am impressed, and will only be using them from this point forward.

Excellent, even has come back three times for issues relating to the old well (no fault of theirs) and took care of all the issues. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent. A clamp needed to be replaced. Also different size heads needed to be installed.

Very well. they were in an out in a matter of hours and they even gave me two external faucets to use. Also took the time to show me how to use the system.

I was let down. I had used them in the past to start and stop my irrigation system for the summer/winter. This time I called for them to determine what's wrong with my pump. I had taken the day off to wait for the appointment when the last hour of the timeframe was closing I called to see if they were coming. I was informed they were running late but should be there by 6pm my timeframe was originally for 1-4pm. I held my breath but they didn't show up until 9pm. I totally didn't expect them to show up particularly because it was pitch black. But it was nice that they did, however, the only troubleshooting they were able to do was tell me something is wrong with my pump and that I had to make another appointment for their pump guy to come out which means taking more time off work and another diagnostic fee. It was like taking your car to the mechanic for squeaky brakes and him telling you yup brakes are squeaky don't know why and I can't change them since my brake guy isn't here and here is the diagnostic fee. The actual service man were professional but the failure occurred at the office. I rated the office low marks for the following: One for not calling when they knew their team were running late, 2) for not following up that their team was going to be actually showing up super late and 3) for not having the proper guys that can diagnose the system actually come out. I was left disappointed with no new information on what's wrong and I'm hesitant on using them again.

A & C Sprinklers showed up early to begin installation as it was raining and performed the service quickly . The crew was very professional and cleaned up the property. They answered all my questions and reviewed how to use the system. From the estimate to installation it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company.

I was very pleased with A & C Sprinklers. When I originally called Adam I told him what I needed and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. He did go to my house to look at the property and called me when he was there to confirm his price. He and the landscaper (Green With Envy) spoke on the phone because the landscaping needed to be done then the sprinklers were installed and then the landscaper came back to put down the mulch. Adam came on time and he and his crew were polite and neat. Adam took care of getting the permit. I think his price was reasonable. We received a quote from another company that was more, they did not mention anything about getting the permit plus I would have had to get a plumber. Adam was explaining things to me as I was downloading the app for the internet timer. He set the timer to water the new plants for the next two weeks and told me after the two week period he would come back to winterize the system. I would highly recommend A & C Sprinklers.

Very unprofessional. The least you can do if your not gonna show up is call and let me know, rather than waste 4 hours of my time.

Provider called me within 24 hours from sending an appointment request on Angie's List. They were able to come out same day ( in the pouring rain) to take care of my job and provided good communication and service throughout. Would use again.

The workers knew what they were doing they were on time and very very professional.The price was great for my 8 zone plus hose bibs

Overall the 2 man crew did a pretty good job. I took them a little less then 3 hours. The problem is that they hit the Upstairs (2nd Floor) Bathroom Exhaust Fan Outlet with the High Pressure Hose and destroyed it. They did the same thing to the Basement Bathroom Exhaust Fan Outlet which is at Ground level and destroyed it also. They also hit one of our Outside Electrical Outlets with the High Pressue Hose and Tripped the GFI. Which effected our Refridge in the basement. They came back 2 or 3 weeks later and did replace the damaged Exhaust fan outlets. So I am satisfied.

They are the best, the absoulte best. He came and fixed the problem and no other company could figure it out.

Adam was excellent. He knew just what we needed and delivered as promised. Him and his crew were extremely hard working and got the job done in hot weather.

Aand C performed complete service: Dug a new well, installed a Hunter 7 zone sprinkler system and had new sod laid on the entire property. It was about an 18,000 sq ft job. It's tough to find a company that can do it all, and I wasn't expecting to find that, but was at least hoping to be able to work with one company and have them own the entire job even if they used subs. Adam from Aand C arranged everything, he took care getting the well permits, the electrician, well driller and landscapers. Everything came out great and I didn't have to handle hiring all the trades individually and coordinate it all myself. As far as the sprinkler system itself, their specific trade, it was amazing how fast it was installed, the whole thing was up and running in less than one business day. The entire job took several days, which is very good considering the size! I will look to them for other services should the need arise.

They did a great job. Work was performed on time and within estimate.

They did a great job. And fast. all toll less than 2 days to drill, dig a service trench to my sprinkler service box , and have everything wired to my electric panel and operational. i was concerned about the large drilling rig doing damage to my property. There were only a few spots in need of repair and the guys graded an re seeded. No big deal.

We were working on a new construction and frankly, I am not one to sing false praise.... ADAM at Aand C IS AWESOME. He was on my good side after the rain water run off basin went so smoothly so I called him for the rest of the work we needed done. I called on a Friday and in one week he was DONE. Granted, he's often busy and we got a little lucky on timing but he's honest and will tell you when he can fit you into his schedule. There are a lot of people in the home improvement business who have tainted the industry for average consumers like my wife and I. We picked just about every one in building our dream home. But when we were at our wits end and just needed someone to do what they said they would, Aand C delivered and then some. I will personally vouch for this business as honest and reliable and competitive in pricing.

Amazing...this is the greatest company and I can't write a more glowing review! Unfortunately before I found this wonderful company I had another company with LARGE ad placed in the senior news paper come to give an estimate ... Three men in two trucks showed up for the estimate? They took over an hour to assess my yard and situation and quoted me a cost at aprox 4000 which could be more is there were unforeseen problems …they also said there would be fees for some sort of permits? I declined the unreal price and they were quit rude when they left. A and C came out gave a set price of 1700..and did a great job...in out and the system couldn't be better...the other company with the large ad in the paper for and quot;sprinkler irrigationand quot; has also done the same to other women I met in my village...starting with a larg quote and coming down in price...they also work under another completely different name and phone number (in the same village news letter) cleaning out dryer vents...beware Make sure to call Aand C and you won't be sorry...they are GREAT and HONEST!

Everything went well - no further problems w/drainage.

I found the company on Angie's list. Wrote a note in detail what I needed. Received a call the following day to set appointment. The crew arrived early in the morning and went to work. Cleaned up, took a picture to show me the connection, since it was inside the catch basin. So far as to how well it drains, I guess the next hurrican will tell the story.
