Jeff's Power Washing

Called Jeff who happened to be near by on a job. Since he works extensively in my area, he knew my house model, quoted me a decent price over the phone & said he could be over in 90 minutes. I agreed, he came over within the hour, cleaned everything to my satisfaction and was gone an hour later. Great! Very satisfied & would not hesitate to use him again or recommend to others.

Very painless experience. Jeff called back right away and gave a price. Came to do the work the next day. He trustingly left the bill in the mailbox. We were not home to see him working but noticed the difference from a distance as we pulled up after we came home that night. Good cleanup. Got all the green mold (algae?) off too. Nice job!! We will be calling him when the house turns green again :)

He is a little pricey but he does excellent work. They just did an excellent job in cleaning the windows.

Excellent job of cleaning the house. All the buildup on the house came off. House is 7 years old and never powerwashed. House looked as new when the job was finished. The 3 men who did the work were courteous and professional. They walked the entire house before and after the job. I will use them again in the future and I highly recommend them to people in my community.

There was nothing that Jeff could have done better. He was incredibly professional, very cooperative and very accommodating. He was really very friendly. He is probably the best.

I met the workers on a job and asked the foreman how much it would cost to power wash my house. He asked me the details and size of the house and I told him. He quoted me $250.00. I then called the company a few days later and spoke to the owner, Jeff. He asked me the square footage of the house, I told him it was 2800 sq feet. He then looked at it on the satellite and said "because it was a walkout basement" it would cost $50.00 more. I said "ok" and he said "plus tax" and I said "ok." We set up a date and time and when they arrived the crew started to set up and the owner,Jeff, approached me and asked the size of the house again. I told him it was 2800 sq feet. he said "with or without the garage?" I said, you never count the garage in square footage when someone asks you the square footage of your house so I assume it's without. He again said my house was bigger than he realized. I reminded him that the original price was $250.00 and that he already bumped it up to 300.00. He said he would do it the price of 321.00 that he quoted me over the phone. I said ok and went inside my house. Ten minutes later he rang the doorbell and said "this house would require more soap than I thought" and now wanted to charge me $400.00! I said "this is getting ridiculous." He tried to pressure me and said "I can't do it for less than $400.00" I said no, so he left. The old "bait and switch" is alive and well at Jeff's Power Washing of Toms River NJ. If I was senior citizen, or someone who had planned an event after my house was cleaned I may have been desperate and folded to the pressure of his price increases. Avoid this company. The owner ought to be ashamed of himself.
