Description of Work: Rip off a double layer roof and re-roof 35 sq in 8 hours. All flashings done correctly and every standard best trade practice used and adhered to. Went great. It all starts with Ray, could t be a nicer more genuine contractor. Comes out himself and walks the roof before quote. Shows up on time and when he says he will. Job is done professionally and fast. Leaves the site clean as it was before he came.

+ -1 moreIt was a small job, and he fit it in without much delay. Nice guy, explains things well, and quoted me a reasonable price which not all contractors do in my area. Will definitely call him when it is time to do siding repairs and the roof.

+ 0 moreHe is local. We have an 1889 victorian house with yankee gutters. He went up to see what the problem was with the gutter and solve a drain pipe issue. He cleaned it all out and at my request installed a drain pipe in that gutter, too. He not only listened to me but he also completed the task. At my specifications he was able to get rain water problem resolved. He's trustworthy and this work is excellent. He's prompt and he listens to what you ask for. That's probably the most important thing to me from a contractor. They listen to what I say then they give me their professional opinion then we come to an understanding.
Description of Work: R A MacCormack sold us and put together a gazebo in our back yard 20 years ago. Then he came in as part of a subcontract for porch project we had going on.
