The Grout Man, Jack, was very responsive. He returned every call in a timely fashion, was very informative and arrived as scheduled. Upon completing the project, he asked if I was satisfied with the job, cleaned up and gave me info as to how to care for new grout/caulking. Another person had told me that the entire sliding door (shower) had to be removed and replaced, but Jack explained why it wasn't necessary which saved me money. I had called numerous service companies in the past year or so for different projects: some never even returned my calls; some gave estimates but never returned nor returned my calls. The Grout Man was the best experience I've ever had in all customer service areas.

We had an employee of The Grout Man here today. His name is Joe. He did an excellent job. Very conscientious and a hard worker, and he cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with The Grout Man. We first met with Jack Saphow, the owner of the business. Jack was very professional and presented an honest and detailed estimate for the job, even removing some tiles to view the damage beneath the tiles to prepare an exact estimate. We would highly recommend The Grout Man to anyone needing tile recruiting and/or repairs.

On time and good repairs

jack came over to give me and my wife an estimate on re grouting our shower. he was knowledgeable and found a few loose tiles . his employee rob came and did the work. it looked brand new when he was finished . they told me to expect it to look new but I didn't expect it to come out as nice as it did. I would hire them in the future and refer them to my friends and family
